Excellent customer service

Colby did a great job of helping us get the car purchase taken care of in Round Rock, Texas. The car was clean inside and out. Unfortunately, the very next day the AC went out on the car and we knew when we purchased the car that the Bluetooth feature was not working. Unfortunately, I have come to expect issues like this when purchasing cars from Drivetime or another similar company, Carvana.

There is NO WAY I'll ever enter into the Roundrock TX location Again, their bias about who THEY can fiance there overly priced vehicles. I'll drive and extra hour out to get EQual Quality Service in Temple TX!!!!

Danielle helped me from the moment I entered. She didn’t beat around the bush with anything and let me know my options for coverages. She was so very sweet and made my experience feel personalized and not robotic. I was in and hour in less than two hours which sounds like nothing when buying a car. The process was so easy. I came from out of town so they made sure to prepare me with the things I needed before driving all that way. I 100% would recommend Danielle to any and everyone. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received.

Purchased a vehicle in Round Rock not even a month already been at the service twice they won’t let me exchange vehicle I feel like I was sold a vehicle with problems not only that first vehicle purchased where they didn’t wash and fill up the tank I left there with a empty tank and dirty vehicle no one will help me not even customer relations they basically said I’m stuck with it so frustrated !!!!

Drive time made it very simple and easy and comfortable to purchase an automobile. I got mine yesterday. It’s very nice. I got a Chevrolet Malibu 2016. I have never experienced service this well at a dealership. The people were very kind and understanding. No need to ask many questions because everything was explained well. The wait time wasn't long at all. I was very pleased 😊

Koby was all and more but Bridgecrest is still trash, I was a month ahead and they took the payment and still made my next payment before the next payment.
