I bought a 2013 Fiat 500 C from the Cinema Dr location . The buying process took about 3 hours . The vehicle they delivered to me was dirty and not clean . The windshield has a chip in it the size of a dime . I have had the vehicle two days and already spending 100 plus dollars on a vehicle I just bought . Not good .

Easy Peasy Car Buying with CJ!!
Probably one of THE BEST and easiest buying experiences we’ve ever had! Some of these car lots can get a bad rap BUT this was smooth sailing!! From pre-qualifying online to in-store…there were no surprises! We knew what our down payment and monthly payment would be.
Then for the cherry on top CJ, our sales rep, not only STAYED LATE to help us get over the finish line with the paperwork and everything that we needed to drive off the lot with our car tonight! CJ had a great personality, was easy to get along with and made you feel welcome and at ease throughout the entire buying a process. If only every car buying process had a CJ!!!

They are liars
They are liars. And watch it when you trade or pay their car off because the lied and said it was a write off on my credit which was not true. In fact they sent me a check because the dealership paid over the small amount owed. Then I tried to get another car through them they treated like crap. Ended up getting a brand new car from World Car Nissan.

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe
We bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV on August 16, 2024. On August 17, 2024, the engine light came on and we took the SUV to the Hyundai dealership here in San Antonio Texas and was told the car's engine and gears were shot, also it has an oil consumption problem. We bought this SUV from Eric the salesman who pressured us to buy the Silver rock warranty, an additional $7000.00 on top of the $17,000 price. We were told it would cover all these issues so we thought we will be ok. WRONG! We contacted SilverRock and they refused to fix it. If we pay every single payment of $282.80 for 157 payments we will have paid $45,000 dollars for a SUV that is basically worthless. We called the dealership and spoke with Eric and the manager and they too refused to do anything. We have since spoken to others who have had similar issues and SilverRock would do nothing. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Don’t trust the ratings
Get the extended warranty because you will need it. Had my Ford for 11 days, eleven days and the driver shift completely stopped working. Couldn’t drive it until I got it towed to the mechanic and fixed. CFPB has a lawsuit. They need to be looked at closer! CFPB took action against a "buy-here, pay-here" car dealer. Drive Time must pay $8,000,000 as a civil money penalty, end its unfair debt collection tactics, fix its credit reporting practices, and arrange for harmed consumers to obtain free credit reports.

We had a great salesman, I believe his name is Joseph Guerra. He showed me the cars that were accessible for my budget. He even went as far as getting me an extremely affordable insurance coverage. To me that was over the top!!
