Please have a mechanic check your vehicle before signing any paperwork. I've dropped almost $1000 in car repairs and that was with the warranty that I purchased, it's unfortunate that someone has to feel cheated when purchasing a vehicle, they gave me a 4 yr old battery, no spare key, an alternator that was bad and I had to pay out of pocket because even the warranty didn't cover the basics, people work so hard to get disappointed with all the extra that you have to put into the vehicle, get a mechanic to look at the vehicle that you are purchasing and save yourself from the headache and disappointment.

I recently purchased a car from Drive Time and had one of the worst experiences of my life. First, I want to give a huge shoutout to Travis Smith, who was fantastic throughout the process and deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, my positive experience ended there.From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Drive Time lacks basic customer amenities. No coffee, no water – nothing to offer customers who spend hours at the dealership. This is a basic courtesy I’ve never seen neglected at any other dealership.I decided to buy my dream car from them because of the great price. However, when I finally drove off, the car was not cleaned, the floor mats were thrown in the trunk, the gas tank was less than half full, there was no windshield wiper fluid, and the wipers were in terrible condition. Maybe it’s my fault for not checking these things, but I’ve never had to in the past because reputable dealers take care of these details.The nightmare truly began just 10 miles down the road, 40 miles from my home, when the car overheated. Despite all fluids and the fan working, the issue pointed to a potentially faulty water pump. I called Drive Time, and they offered no assistance, simply suggesting I call a tow truck. Despite having a warranty, the provided contact was closed until Monday. Luckily, my office was nearby, and I managed to get the car there to cool down and get a ride home.Overall, my experience with Drive Time, aside from the excellent service from Travis, was the worst I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Fabian was great to work with. Even with the few issues that came up I still left with the car I really wanted and I’m super happy with my purchase
