It was a great experience! Zach was such a great help. He helped me through the whole process. It’s just about as true as it can get. I applied for zero down, I didn’t think it would happen after the year I had and my credit score being in the tank. Sure enough I got approved for Zero down a real Zero down! My payment is a little higher than my previous car but only by a couple of dollars. But was informed that I could bring that down along with my interest rate if I can make a “down payment” in the next 60 days. And my loan would be reworked to do that. It’s not a must thing to do just if I want too. I was completely amazed at how simple and quick the process was. It may have been a couple of hours altogether. So, if your looking for a deal that is easy and not a headache like big dealers can be give them a try!

This place is terrible, yeah they might be nice people working but they not help out with anything when it comes to your car no sensors, lights, even tires. Never received a working key fob to my car, gave me one that was not connected and they said “look up a YouTube video” on how to connect it. You have to pay with cash and can’t use and credit.

I waited over a month to write my review as I wanted to make sure I’d still feel the same way after having my vehicle for a few weeks, and I do. My experience, coming into the store by myself, and as a woman, was shockingly wonderful. I had mentally prepared myself to be treated as I have many times in the past by car dealers, with lack of respect and unknowledgeable. Instead I experienced just the opposite. I had a particular car in mind and I had been looking for several months. The Drivetime store (in Wichita) I visited did not have my car I wanted in the lot. I thanked them and left. However I couldn’t get over the professional and respectful way I was treated by every single employee in the store. So I decided to buy from this company simply for that reason. And I’m so glad I did. I went back the next day and with no hassle, relatively quick and in a relaxed atmosphere left with my Jeep! And I’m very pleased with my purchase still a month later. So ladies, if you’re worried, stressed or just hesitant about buying a car this is the place to go. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a vehicle and/or that may just be unsure about the car buying process. They will be patient and answer any and all questions you may have. I’d especially like to shout out a thank you to Zach for all your help. You made the process so much easier then expected. Much appreciated!

I was in need of a vehicle and decided to give drivetime a chance as per their commercials there is no credit ding which is a LIE!! I had a credit hit by them before purchasing the vehicle. Their commercial states you choose your monthly payment, LIE!! You dont get to choose your monthly payment as I was informed by an employee that every $500 down is 0.25% off the APR with a maximum of 9% off the APR. Paying 28% interest with zero down and taking advantage of those with bait and switch tactics. This is used for everybody that comes in for a vehicle. The warranty they have with Silver Rock does not cover what they say they do. I paid $1,600 for repairs involving turbo intake lines, valve cover replacement, valve seal, camshaft seal that was SUPPOSED to be cover and they refused to cover the cost. Now the vehicle needs a new turbo and almost at the end of my warranty of 50,000 miles or years whichever is first. Payments for a used 2020 Equinox is $756 month and you pay approx $3400 for the warranty which is included in the purchase price. Monthly payment with the insurance I am paying close to $1,000 month. Besides my issues, an ex-family member purchased one with replacement brakes, rotors within the first week of getting theirs and warranty did not cover that cost for them.

When I stumbled upon DriveTime and have not heard of it before I was nervous about the customer service. However, the guys were very welcoming! My experience, after a difficult time with other dealerships that same day, was refreshing. Jordan Sims handled everything smoothly with a professional humbleness to him. I didn't feel pressured when the wonderful options were given. I felt at home as the guys went about their normal banter including me in their silly conversations. Other than computers wanting to act slow not just with them but banks as well that day. We were able to fill our time chatting. I will defiantly recommend DriveTime to any I hear looking for cars. And of course, I'll return when I need a new car in the future. They were transparent with their information and answered questions efficiently. Add them to your list of dealerships to visit! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Very detailed . Very friendly. Only downfall is they cover everything three and four times. They draws the process out a little long . Other that that I am very happy with my visit and left with the vehicle we wanted . Thank you again.
