Öncelikle doktorum Kamran Bey’e, ekibine ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederim. İlk andan itibaren özverili bir şekilde yardımcı oldular. Özellikle Rıza Bey saat kaç olursa olsun sorularıma hemen yanıt verdi. Doktorumun mesleki bilgi ve becerisine diyecek sözüm bile yok. Müthiş bir ekip. From the very first consultation, I felt that I was in the hands of someone who genuinely listens and understands what you want, while also being honest and thoughtful about what will look natural and harmonious. I especially appreciated that I never felt pressured or rushed at any stage.

I travelled from London by myself for my rhinoplasty, so I was understandably quite nervous about going through the whole experience alone. However, as soon as I arrived and met Dr. Kamran’s team, I felt warmly welcomed and much more reassured.

The lovely gentleman working at the computer in the clinic was so polite, friendly and welcoming. I also met Sena, Dr. Kamran’s personal assistant and coordinator, who guided me through everything and accompanied me to my blood tests. Because I had travelled without anyone, her support meant so much to me. She was incredibly sweet and caring, and we even shared a few laughs, which really helped me to relax.

The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Whenever I asked a question in the group chat, the team responded very quickly—usually within an hour. Being alone in another country, it was extremely comforting to know that someone was always available to help or reassure me if I had any concerns.

Dr. Kamran was originally recommended to me by my surgeon in London, and from the moment I met him, I felt that I was in safe hands. He was gentle, kind and professional, and he took the time to listen carefully to exactly what I wanted. Although he believes in achieving natural-looking results, he also respected my personal preferences. I showed him photographs of my ideal nose, and he even took them into surgery with him so that he could refer to them.

He allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed and gave my case his full attention. I was naturally frightened on the day of the operation, but his calm and reassuring manner made me feel much more at ease. I also really appreciated that he came to see me after my surgery.

I am only around two weeks post-op, yet the result has already surpassed everything I hoped for. My nose is even cuter than I imagined it would be and looks exactly like the photographs and description I gave him. That shows how carefully he listened and understood the result I wanted. Although I know I still have some swelling and healing to do, I already feel that he has created my dream nose.

I am so grateful to Dr. Kamran, Sena and the entire team for making what could have been a frightening experience feel so positive and supported. Everyone treated me with genuine warmth, patience and kindness, and I cannot thank them enough.

Dr Efendioglu is a very friendly and professional surgeon, from my initial consultation with him I felt at ease and happy with his surgical plan which felt individualised to me and holistic. His assistant Sena at the hospital was very helpful with translating information and helping me with all my needs both before surgery and post op when recovering. The anaesthetic team and nursing team at the hospital were also extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Post op I have been in contact with Dr Efendioglu and his team for follow up purposes and the process has been seamless.

I had my Rhinoplasty in Istanbul and it was such a positive experience. I had personal contact with the surgeon from start to finish, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Jeg har fået lavet en tummy tuck, og jeg kunne ikke være mere tilfreds med hele forløbet. Fra start til slut har doktor Kamran og hans team været utrolig hjælpsomme, professionelle og omsorgsfulde. Doktor Kamran er simpelthen den bedste – han er meget behjælpelig, informerer dig om alt undervejs og sørger for, at du føler dig tryg og godt klædt på til hele processen. Samtidig er han virkelig sød og rar som menneske.

Jeg vil også gerne fremhæve både Mustafa og Rida, som var en stor del af mit forløb. Mustafa kom til Istanbul og var der for patienterne – jeg blev rigtig glad for at se ham, for han er et fantastisk menneske, meget støttende og altid klar til at hjælpe. Rida var ligeledes med hele vejen, altid smilende, utroligt hjælpsom og en kæmpe støtte gennem processen.

Noget jeg sætter stor pris på er, at doktor Kamran også kommer til Danmark, så man har mulighed for at mødes med ham her. Derudover har de en afdeling i København, som altid er klar til at hjælpe – både under forløbet og når man kommer hjem fra Istanbul. Det giver en ekstra tryghed at vide, at man altid kan tage kontakt, hvis man har brug for det.

Resultatet er over al forventning, og jeg er meget glad for min beslutning. Hvis jeg på et tidspunkt ønsker at få lavet noget andet, vil jeg helt sikkert vælge doktor Kamran og hans team igen. Jeg kan varmt anbefale klinikken til alle, der overvejer en behandling – man føler sig virkelig i de bedste hænder.
