Fake Tickets.
Wir haben in Dubai Tickets über dsk gekauft, voller Vorfreude zum Event angereist. Vor Ort angekommen ging das einlösen nicht, da die Tickets bereits eingelöst waren!
Support angeschrieben, 10 Minuten später neue Tickets per Mail/WhatsApp, wieder bereits eingelöst.
Support erneut angeschrieben, sie schicken neue die 100% gehen, wieder 10 Minuten später, Tickets bereits eingelöst, das könnte nicht sein sagte der Support ich soll vor Ort den service fragen, gesagt getan, der bestätigte mir das die Tickets bereits eingelöst wurden vor 15 Minuten.

All das während die Zeit drohte abzulaufen, war der letzte Einlass für diesen Tag und der Urlaub war auch zu Ende. Anfahrt (Taxi) und Zeit fast verschwendet.
Zum Glück hat uns der Service Mitarbeiter angeboten 2 Tickets zu verkaufen obwohl eigentlich ausverkauft, das haben wir gemacht und waren sehr dankbar.

Wir wollten dann das Kombi Ticket (2 Attraktionen) zurück geben, weil wir uns nicht darauf verlassen wollten am nächsten Tag nicht das gleiche Problem zu haben, dies wurde verweigert, es würde 100% klappen, was die 100% von DSK Wert sind hatten wir ja schon erfahren. Nach mehreren Tagen und unzähligen Mails/Erinnerung wurde dann der gesamte Betrag erstattet.

Finger weg! Nichts nervt mehr im Urlaub als soetwas.

We had red dunes desert safari via DSK. Booking was smooth and the team was helpful in organizing the tour.
We opted for a private 4x4 and it was a good decision for a family of 5.
The desert safari driver Sohail was very courteous and friendly and gave us excellent sand bashing experience and overall guidance during the entire tour.
Would recommend DSK for traveling arrangements in Dubai.

This was my first time dealing with DSK Travels, and I would like to give a big shout out to Sachin for helping us arrange the stay. There was a good to and fro conversation, and he was patient enough to explain to us and recommend us the right option. It was definitely by far a competitive pricing deal that we could not ignore. In addition, there was a follow up from DSK Travels to ensure we had checked in and any required help.

About Longbeach: Overnight camping arrangements at Longbeach were brilliant.
Staff: Courteous, Supportive and mainly open to feedback
Location: It is easy to reach the place. It has various types of tents as per the depth of your pocket 😉. The activities are arranged all day, and kids have their stuff going on. The property is secure where we found our kids roaming around on their own.
There was quite a variety of food available.

Looking forward to the next adventure!

This was a super experience, no hiccups at all. Reservations and bookings were spot on.
Well worth the money.

Our stay at Rotana Fujairah was nothing short of awesomeness. The checking was quick ,we even got an upgrade.Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable and all covid protocols were adhered too. The hotel location and amenities catered for adventure and relaxation. There are new restaurants opposite the hotel so there was choices for every pallette.
DSK TRAVELS @ Kirti delivered on her promise and booking was done efficiently and safely. I would recommend her services anytime....20-22 nd Dec 2021
