Dub Club has horrible customer service. Their auto renew feature is a scam just like so many other companies. Big difference is Dub Club refuses to give any refund for any reason . I thought i had hit cancel at end of trial period and apparently i didn’t. Less than 24 hours after I saw it renewed I contacted them. They have been less than helpful with my issue. They said they don’t care if I looked at site(without knowing trial was over) for 30 seconds,that they weren’t refunding the charge. The charge was $100 for a month and i only bet small amts for entertainment only. I would need to finish over + 20 units for the month just to pay for sub let alone win anything. This company doesn’t care at all ,they just want the money which is why they have the auto renew feature. They hope u forget,which i guess i did and then they keep your money. Dub Club is one of the worst customer service companies I have ever dealt with. And I don’t care that they say somewhere in all the writing that nobody reads it says no refunds under any circumstance. LESS THAN 24 HOURS I NOTIFIED THEM AND THEY JUST DONT CARE….🐴💩
