These guys have been fantastic
These guys have been fantastic.
It’s easy to measure a company and perhaps take for granted how it really performs when everything goes to plan - really businesses should be measured when things go wrong - and that is what sets these guys apart.
We purchased 2 detectors, 2 headphones and a pin pointer from these guys. To begin with we were unsure what to buy - we are new hobbyists - they helped no end. They didn’t push us into the most expensive products either like many tried to.
Sadly there was a fault with one of the pairs of headphones. Brand new, sealed in the packaging - the on/off button wouldn’t work.
I was straight in the phone and they immediately, without question, arranged a replacement.
2 days later our pin pointer gave up the ghost too. Of course, straight on the phone. I admitted to and apologised for being a nightmare customer - they wouldn’t have any of it.
They explained that stock was on back order for these products and anything similar too - unsure when they would arrive they said we could wait or offered to send us their nearly new demo pointer. Legends!
Let’s summarise.
1. Friendly, honest and approachable.
2. Professional without question.
3. Always available on phone.
4. Kept to their promises.
5. Very good prices.
What more can you ask for from a small independent company operating in the toughest conditions in recent times?
Amazing - don’t hesitate to buy from these guys.

Duchy detectors were a fantastic…
Duchy detectors were a fantastic company to deal with! They had great knowledge about the products they are selling and were extremely helpful in supporting me to choose the best metal detector for what I wanted to use it for! Also delivery was quick so I didn’t have to wait very long at all to receive my parcel. All in all great service and I would definitely use them again!
