I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was genuinely deserved.

Jan Stamp has been absolutely instrumental in helping us navigate a fairly challenging situation with our rental property. There were a number of ongoing maintenance issues that required coordination between different parties, and throughout the whole process she remained patient, responsive and solution focused.

What stood out most was her willingness to step in and take ownership when things weren’t progressing as they should. She kept communication clear, followed things up consistently, and made sure we weren’t left in the dark, which made a big difference during what could have been a very frustrating experience.

It’s not always easy managing expectations on both sides, but Jan handled it professionally and with a calm, practical approach that helped get things moving again.

Really appreciate all the effort and support, it didn’t go unnoticed.

Our experience selling our father’s property with Duncan Yeardley was exceptional from start to finish. Tom Major managed to initiate the buyer process even before the house was officially listed, leading to a smooth 3-month completion. Tom was incredibly thorough, ensuring every piece of paperwork was explained, and no question went unanswered. We cannot recommend Tom and the team highly enough.

I contacted the agency via email to visit a flat in Bracknell. I was called by an agent called Vivien, however as I was driving, she told me she would text me instead. Indeed she did and I replied to her including all the info she needed. 3 days on I haven't heard back from her. I qualify as my salary is sufficient and I do not have bad credit or credit cards for a matter of fact. I feel dumbfounded that I was not contacted again and I certainly will not be calling them.

We decided to use Duncan Yeardley as they seemed to put lots of effort into the sale of each property. Bradley ran us through their process and what to expect and we were impressed so signed them up. The whole team visited our house soon after so that they could familiarise themselves and that seemed a great thing to do, all staff positive and very interested.
