Very good, good value for money.

Poor, poor, poor! I ordered samples which never arrived. I ordered a roman blind and the chain was too short. I alerted the shop to the issue straight away and 6 weeks later am still waiting for a replacement

Made to measure curtains are not made to measure- only to the "nearest half width" (buried in the t and c- not specified how wide this is), so you may as well buy ready made ones. So I've got curtains that are over size by 80cm for a 250cm pole width, as well as some other faults. Very disappointed as the fabric is beautiful. Not clear what you are actually buying. If I wanted wonky curtains I can do that myself for a lot less money. I would not recommend this service.

The courier lost the item. Initially Dunelm seemed supportive but then stopped doing anything and it has been impossible to contact them - I can't find an email address or phone number and the virtual assistant is useless.

I am still waiting for my item and have had no communication update about my order. Tracking my order hasn’t changed since Saturday and you took the money out of my account five days ago.

Placed order on 12/01/2026. Received email to say delivery on the way and expected by 20/01/2026.
EVRI failed to deliver parcel.
Placed my order on 21/01/2026. Received email to say delivery on the way and expected by 26/01/2023.
EVRI failed to deliver parcel.
Re ordered goods on 03/02/2026 received email to say deliver on the way expected by 07/02/2026.
Eventually the parcel was delivered but unacceptable that it had to be re ordered twice

I wrote what I thought was a fair but critical review. Their product was good but pricey. It arrived on time. Their staff were more than helpful. It may be that their delivery company (DHL) were so bad that they took 'umbrage'. I dunno(!) , but they wouldn't accept my post on their site. Dunelm doesn't like criticism as they refused to allow me to post on their site.

Addis bin lid cannot be purchased to be replaced when plastic securing pin broke, meaning an otherwise perfectly good bin has to go to landfill. Bad move for the environment.

I will not be buying from dunelm ever again. I bought nearly £200 worth of panda bedding but the delivery date was unacceptable not only that I was spoken inappropriately by one of dunelms call centre staff. With that dunelm I have decided to get a refund if I’m going to be treated that way.

I've used click and collect twice recently and each time they turned out to be out of stock despite what my order had said!

We ordered our new sofa and rug both were great and as we expected. Delivery’s both went according to plan and with no hiccups. Will be shopping again soon for blinds. Great service all round.

I bought a William Morris Strawberry Thief carpet which I am very pleased with.

Travelled a long way to buy soft furnishings from Lancaster store with my 2 young children. One of the items (we spent over £270 to maximise on the shopping trip) was a beanbag chair for my youngest, shelf price said £35, a number of the same chairs were all there on the shelf. Got home with chair, looked at receipt and realised they'd charge £87.20! No price on label. Contacted customer service, explained not viable to go back to store as would cost most of the refund, but they refuse to offer any alternative. Said they cant help as it was purchased in store - what a cop-out!! We wont be shopping at Dunelm again!

I was very pleased with all the whole experience from the telephone ordering service to the young man who came to check the measurements prior to coming to fit the curtains. Both were professional,helpful and friendly.The curtains are excellent and and well worth the money. Thank you will recommend your service.
