Really impressed with Ken from Duration. The quotation was thorough and showed great attention to detail.

We made an appointment to go to the showroom to look at a lean to roof and French doors for an extension we are adding to our house. We were greeted by Daniel who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us the products we were interested in, and talked us through various options. Daniel was also able to recommend a fitter. There was no pushy sales pitch, or a sales pitch at all actually, which we really appreciated - just help and advice. We were so impressed with the products on offer and the quality is fantastic. Looking forward to fitting a new roof and door soon!

Duration have been so helpful with anything I needed. No questions asked they just send out whatever I needed free of charge.

As our friends ordered from here, we just visited the Duration showroom to speak to Ken who gave us an in depth “tour” of all the options relevant to our requirements. It was incredibly useful after spending hours looking online… totally recommend a visit - no pressure to commit/ informative / fun! We hope to order from here as the team seem great and the products look good! Just waiting for a couple of quotes. Would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom.

We were recommended to go to Duration windows by our architect as we were unsure on the doors leading to the garden. Bi-folds, sliding or patio.
We were a bit clueless as to what we wanted, as speaking with people we knew that had these types of doors, there was pro and cons to both.
We organised a consultation with Ken who was absolutely fantastic. He really took the time to explain each of the key features of the different door types and the available option they had with opening and layout, including all the different designs.
What helped the most, was him looking at our plans and dimensions to determine if there were any drawbacks to each type of door we wanted to look at. He pointed out some things we hadn’t considered.
Overall really happy with the experience and came away feeling by like we knew the direction we were heading in. Thanks for the support Ken.

Recently the Room Divider keep that the latch mechanism fits into broke ( after 8 years of use) . Its still available and Elise put 3 in the post to me. Thanks again Elise.
