I bought a shaving kit. It took ages to arrive but I loved it. Then they kept charging my account for no reason and I haven’t heard a reply from customer service. Very dissatisfied!

complete scam. would give negative stars if i could. i purchased the razor on here after seeing an ad about it on instagram. someone was actively responding to my comment about whether or not it actually worked so i trusted it. i got the razor, it works great, however they have a hidden subscription that they don’t say a single thing about at all and there is no way to cancel it at all and they don’t even send an email about it. all you get is a bank statement of $29.99 and no way to get your money back. i’m f(word)ing furious. do not buy. just get one on amazon. they drop ship anyway and it’ll probably ship faster to use amazon than this scummy ass f(word)ing fake brand.

First I got charged over 300 for something I ordered 1 of. Now they’ve taken another $49.

This company is a scam! The product itself is a cheap, plastic-y, incredibly loud piece of junk that pulls hair out rather than cutting it, and the company is continually attempting to take money from our bank account despite never signing up for their "VIP club" - absolute scam, avoid at all costs!!

They have a box pre checked for a VIP membership which I did NOT sign up for. After going back and forth with the company they say I knew and tried to say I checked the box. I said why would I do that I’m not even crazy about the razor itself? It doesn’t even shave good? She refused to give me my money back. This company is a SCAM don’t do business with them unless you want to pay $60 for a razor worth $20

I got the razor after some time, thinking it was a scam. I have since been charged multiple times. I emailed info@duskbeautyco. com, an email address that I got off this site, and cancelled my "VIP subscription". They screenshotted the boxes I supposedly ticked. It also states that you will be notified before any more charges, which you're not. I got little resolution, but it is now cancelled which is great.

Absolute SCAM!

They charge $29.99 twice (2 weeks later, and then a month later) for "VIP Program" they claim you opt into upon purchasing. Then argue with you when you KNOW you did NOT sign up for such thing - and for low quality razors that die quickly. Vile way to scam people. Still waiting on refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I'm very pleased with the product, but extremely unhappy with getting charged for a second time!! The second charge was for more. How do I go about getting a refund back for the second charge?

This company deserves no stars!! They keep charging me & when I try to cancel my membership they give me the run around & won't refund my money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!! They need to get shut down for scamming people & taking people's money!!

I purchased 2 of these razors and we'll I cannot tell you how they worked because I never received them. I would like everyone to know that this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had. I know it is not there fault that usps messed up with getting me my order and usps will not give me any information on where my package went but these people will not even help me I cannot get my money back or get my product so I was screwed both ways. If you want to buy this product that is great but keep in mind that if you do not receive it they will not go out of there way to help you out and get you what you paid for.

Oh, how I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. I could've saved myself the hassle so many others have been dealing with. I've had other companies try to charge me for memberships in the past, so I deliberately checked very thoroughly to make sure I was NOT adding any membership to my purchase. I STILL got charged an extra $29.99 a couple days after the shaver arrived. I had tried the product the night before, after fully charging it, and it shaved NOTHING. It also sounded like it was in its last leg, even with a full battery. I immediately contacted the company to ask what the extra charge was for (I was completely unaware of any membership at the time) and to find out how to return the shaver since it didn't work. That was May 5th, and I have been getting the run-around ever since. They tried to tell me the $29.99 was for the membership I signed up for, and sent me a screen shot supposedly from their website of the box I checked. I'd never seen anything close to that when I purchased. And I certainly didn't check any box. Then they told me they could send a replacement shaver. I said no thanks, I want a refund, like the one their website said was "30 day" and "hassle-free." Then they told me the item I purchased was a final sale item. NOWHERE on the website did it say that shaver was a final sale. I even went back to the website to check, only to discover that now it's a 100 day trial, instead of 30. They offered a 20% refund as a gesture, but I said not good enough. They said they only do refunds on defective or damaged items. How is a shaver that doesn't shave NOT defective? I was told they'd "spoken to management" and were authorized to give me a 30% refund, but that was the best they could do. I told them I wanted ALL of my money back, including the membership fee they stole from me, and then I was offered a 50% refund. (Which makes the "best they could do" offer of 30% just another lie.) We'll see how much longer I have to argue before I get anything refunded. I hope everyone at this company gets their identity stolen and their credit goes in the toilet.

UPDATE: I just checked my email, and now they're offering a 70% refund on the shaver. How was that 30% the best they could do, again? Liars. Still no mention of the membership fee refund.

UPDATE #2: Received an email 6/1/25 saying they would be giving me a 100% refund on the product AND the membership, and that I should have it within 7-10 business days. I told them I was marking my calendar and they'd be hearing from me again if I didn't get my money back. Tomorrow is day 10. I have a feeling I'll be emailing them again.

This company will charge you a membership fee of 29.99 without you even being aware of one and when you call to cancel they will tell you they cannot refund you because you opted in to buying the membership fee. Total scam. I just had to file a dispute with my bank.

After chasing dusk for the delivery of the correct sofa and the collection of the incorrect ones, I was set to have the correct sofa delivered tomorrow and I called up to confirm this with dusk and they confirmed and reassured me. As well as this they also said that they added a quality check to my order to confirm the correct one would be sent out, I had a separate email from the warehouse team supposedly confirming this. Today, I find out that the courier only has part of my sofa and the second part is missing - after a frustrating phone call and the person on the phone apologising they have opened an investigation to find out where my missing sofa part is. I have been told that my delivery won’t be happening tomorrow and no answer to when the correct sofa is being delivered, we still have two unwanted incorrect sofas sitting in our flat! I would like to add our sofa was meant to be delivered on the 1ST MAY, now the 28th (rescheduled date) is not happening and I’ve been told it might be end of June I could expect my sofa. I have been lied to and messed around this is completely awful and I have lost faith in this company. When will it end?

Recently bought a product from this company and was billed an additional $41.50 for some unknown monthly membership I did not sign up for or agree to. There was no clear option to select or opt out of this membership. I've requested a refund and will be connecting with my bank about the unauthorized payment.

Yup, a total scam. I’m so mad. As a person who has struggled with razor bumps and ingrown hairs my whole life, I was really excited thinking this was a cheaper solution so I could stop buying cheap disposable razors from the store. The website said it would arrive in 3 business days but it took over two weeks even though I checked express shipping. I turned it on and lo and behold it doesn’t even cut your hair!!!!!!!!! You put it on your skin and it does absolutely nothing. It’s all a show. It looks super nice and legit and when you turn it on you can see the blades vibrating but they don’t even reach your skin at any angle. The website also says to not fall for cheap Amazon knock offs that don’t have the name dusk on the razor. Tell me why I ordered from the dusk website and I got a razor that doesn’t have their name on it. This is a total waste of money and time. I hope they will let me return it. Don’t fall for it ladies! I’m about done with buying electric razors because none of them have ever worked. Again I’m not lying, this is a SCAM. Also now that I’m looking at the box that it came in, it doesn’t even say the brand name dusk anywhere on it. It just says lady shaver like that’s its name even though it’s supposed to be named the glide pro 3.0. I’m also pretty sure I got charged twice without consent or proof because my bank account went down 30 dollars when I first bought it and then one week later went down another 30 dollars with no proof that it was them but I didn’t buy anything else so it had to be them. It was the exact same amount of money. Extremely disappointed that companies still scam people all the time. How about you actually make a good razor and then charge money for it. Not some temu product that doesn’t work.

If I had an option I'd give 0 or negative stars that's how mad I am. I bought this product after seeing Instagram videos but I didn't read any reviews before the purchase MY BAD! I only read the reviews after I placed an order stupid Me! I paid around $28 for this some sale as it was advertised. Read reviews about people saying they charge you every month so quickly blocked them from taking any more payments out of my bank. Phew! And guess what they did try to take another $28 luckily I had them blocked through the bank. The product arrived and it is a nameless electric shaver probably could get one off Shein or Temu for $1. It does not work at all! Forget bikini line it doesn't even work on arms or legs. This is my honest opinion and experience DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS!

Razor was not as described on the website and when I raised a dispute my card was charged again from the same company and I hadn't even bought anything!

I ordered the Glide Pro 3.0 on May 10, 2025. It arrived on May 21, 2025. - It is not the product pictured on the website, and does not operate as advertised.

Additionally, I have also been charged USD $29.99 on May 22, 2025 for a VIP service I was not made aware of at the time of purchase, and did not willingly subscribe to.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DUSK.

The worst razor I have ever used! It pinches the hair off your legs making it a very uncomfortable shave. They also unknowingly sign you up for a subscription for a VIP which makes zero sense what do I need a subscription for when I bought a razor. They then try to hassle you when asking for a return for the subscription because of how they sneakily get it from you. Then when I asked for a refund of the razor they said they needed picture proof how do I prove in a picture that the hair is being pinched off when using the razor. Please do not buy this product you will be very disappointed. They also did not leave anything on the website for you to leave a review they post their own reviews of paid people lying about the qualify of the razor. Do better dusk! Only gave it one star because I had to
