It was perfect at first, then they started making us pay even more for each box and that's just wrong - i don't want to "make my own box" or else i'd just go shopping

It’s a nice box but definitely overpriced. You get same stuff you were getting when you were paying 8,90€, and now it’s 27€. They never deliver boxes on time. Every time they have some lame excuses, so my Christmas box will arrive month later. I think I’m gonna pause my account until they get better and more qualitative. Or I will just find better offers. Thnx.

I really quite enjoy the DutBle box. It's unique and different from all other sub boxes. Receiving jewelry, and makeup items that are useful. They keep you well informed on the happenings of the box. Ifvyou like boxes give this a try, it doesn't disapoint.

I love Dutble and getting a surprise every few months. The only negative would be the way the last box was done. I didn’t enjoy paying twice for the box. Once to receive and the second time for picking what I would like then paying for them and shipping since there was very little “free” items. The normal surprise is much better

9 euro is leuk voor de box maar ik had er meer van verwacht

Nog geen box ontvangen maar de manier van communiceren bevalt me wel. En idee van niet goed geld terug ook. Goede start! Nu de box nog. Ben inmiddels wel nieuwsgierig geworden.

Ik heb mijn abbonoment in de zomer gekocht. Heb een starterpack gekregen, maar daarna niks. Eerst ging het fout zonder enige aanduiding. dus zeiden ze we gaan het weer sturen. Maar het is nu maanden later en de 2 boxen die ik zou krijgen plus een derde waar ik al voor heb betaalt zie ik nergens. Het staat erop dat het is verstuurt, ben benieuwd waar die weg moet komen dan, hij is in oktober al verstuurd XD

I got my first box. It was not as great as I expected but also not terrible. The lipstick was beautiful, but the hair peace looked cheap and the bracelet also. I hope the next box wil be better athorwice I wil quit.

Leuk concept maar de uitvoering is ver onder de maat. Geen aanrader. Onduidelijke communicatie, website ook niet helder, zomerbox opsturen als de herfst is begonnen etc. En als je je abonnement op hebt gezegd en het is geregeld blijven ze toch geld afschrijven en aanmaningen sturen. Ook na tig keer contact en allerlei beloftes dat het wordt geregeld; de back office is een puinhoop. Wel vriendelijke customer support maar organisatorisch valt er heel wat te verbeteren, klant heeft er nu last van.
