Always a nice box. Sometimes there was something broken in my box, but it was still okay to use!

I really like the dutble boxes, I started on this not knowing exactly what to expect, but I must say that I'm really enjoying the boxes and the people from dutble are very understanding and caring. I already recommend dutble for my friends, they saw my boxes and really love it.

One of the most Confused subscription box's I have been supscriber to. I have been off and on with this box since about 2 years it was Dutble now its Inonebox last I checked. I am not even sure how I came to find this subscription service. They have changed the concept of this box too too many way that I can not even give you the answer to how many times something like 4 or 5. It been month to month, every other month and now I believe every three months. Not one of my box I ever recived on time. Along with the actually coast. I swear I have never expericeed a company that has no idea what they are doing. I understand being a start off company going back to the drawing board. But this experience is ridiculous. I love to be a fly on the wall when ALL UNINTELLIGENT employees have a meetings because the lack of experience with trying to be a subscrption box autibnuer is embarrassingly obvious. Extreme changes happen constantly. Now the way they have it makes no sense they give you a gift code you apply to whatever box "try out" "repeat". So no matter what your going to be paying out your pocket just for shipping itself because gift code does not apply to S&H. Items are overly priced to appear your getting a huge break
What even more laughable the items when I first signed up for are still Items to choose from and not too may items to choose I think a total of 4 pages exists of items. What you order right then and thier your box these are not add on this is your box, that's the surprise. I HAD to constantly be babysitting my box and send numerous email to get this company off thier butts to fulfille thier part of the deal. Finally after pulling teeth for my newly try out box they kept pestering I mean iviting me to rejoin since becoming "Inonebo". They finally just refunded my order that they said they sent twice over a 3 month wait to finally be told they no longer delivery to U.S.A I guess they just discovered this like it was news to them wired ok so my order was refunded. Then why you waste both our times inviting me back. Ok well what about the intial $9 Hello..... 5 emails later begrudgingly finally refunded that too. What a JOKE do us all a favor pack it up and call it a day InOnebox Dutble whatever you name is today.

Geinig concept maar het verloopt niet vlekkeloos. Er mist iets in de box of een extra bestelde set komt extreem laat en het armbandje is kapot! Nu weer een waardebon maar een beperkte keus in items.

You need to improve the boxes. I'm here from de beginnig and I'm glad that you are improving.
About the boxes, i had problem with the first one (I didn´t receive it at all) but the next ones are all good.
About the content, I would like the itens were better, for example, in the last one I received a flamingo broken and besides that I don´t use those kind of things!

I LOVE Dutble, you get AMAZING boxes for an very affordable price! Beautiful products and great costumer service!! All in all i would definitely recommend!!!

The boxes are fun to receive but they’re not worth the price they tell you

I really enjoy to receive the boxes. Every time it seems like Santa Claus brings you a surprise gift.
Regarding the products, every time we have different and stylish items, it can be accessories or beauty products, or smth else like cards or buoy for cocktails :)
Sometimes it can take a little bit more time to receive the box, and you start to worry when you see other people receiving their boxes, but it’s fine. The box always arrives, and in any case the amazing dutble team always here to help and to find the right solution.
I definitely continue to stay with you!

I really liked first two boxes, but the last two ones are very poor quality, not worth the value paid. You can get the same stuff cheaper from China. Also you have to wait very long for box to be send from the annoucement day.

Total value of each box is less than expected and most of the items aren't quite what I would have wanted.
