This event was super valuable. I went in expecting to be sold into some program at the end, but this was not that at all! Ben really poured out all he had and you can tell that he genuinely wants to see people win on LinkedIn. The best support team ever!

As a novice, I've chatted and spoken with the Dux-Soup support team many times. It's amazing how many times they've brought me to the next level with simple solutions that were escaping me.

That said, they are also great at bringing me through more complex issues.

They really are great, and it's worth noting, they are real people. I've chatted with them and then on a Zoom call they'd say "Oh yeah, I remember you. Our team was talking about your question the other day"

So, be nice. There are some very cool people on the other end of that very responsive chat.

I just started using Dux-Soup. Great product and great customer support. Domi, Betul and Elena provide excellent support.

The product works as expected, though it is not always intuitive. Luckily support is very accessible, with quick and knowledgeable responses

Over the years they have evolved the platform to integrate with all major CRMs. Their Tech Support team is amazing: very rapid responses, no tickets.
