bought a watch from them which was faulty. tried to arrange a return but they said it was at my cost to hong kong, nope in the bin it goes. lesson learned

Wanted to buy a watch but had some questions before. Both emails I had written remain unanswered.

Crap have Manila wound up second hand good movement but useless

Thr company sent me the timepiece on time and is well made for the price. Came as described and is a nice watch to take places that you wouldn't take your high-end timepiece.

I purchased the Duxot Henri Diver in Ice Blue and I am extremely impressed with it.Not only is it a beautiful watch but it is also the most accurate watch I have ever owned! I have had a few watches made by other brands that use the same movement as the one in my Duxot but for whatever reason it is by far the most accurate of all. Anytime I purchase a new watch I immediately set the time using the NIST atomic clock so I can get an idea of how accurate the watch is. After about 6 weeks I started thinking maybe I had made a mistake and didn't set the time correctly because I was not losing what I normally would for an automatic watch. I decided I needed to get a timegrapher and check out the Duxot and see if what I suspected was actually happening. To my amazement the watch was well within COSC specs! I was blown away! For $150 USD I had gotten a chronometer watch that was equal at least in timekeeping with watches 20 times the price I paid for my Henri Diver! Another point of unusual circumstances with this watch is that Duxot is a online only Store. So I ordered my Henri Diver from Hong Kong and as hard as it is to believe I ordered my watch on 1-17-25 and was wearing it by 1-22-25! That's less than 5 full days from the order time to wrist time!! FROM HONG KONG! I even got free shipping!! No extra money for expedited shipping or anything else. Just threw me for a loop. When the watch arrived I thought maybe I had gotten someone else's order by mistake but after a little research I found that my watch was the fastest shipped most accurate timepiece I have ever owned or even heard about for the price. I will remember that experience for the rest of my life!

Absolute Junk I must say I am so disappointed in my Atlantica Diver. I only had it a matter of hours and it was gaining 5 mins every 10 minutes . I have never seen a seconds hand go around so quickly . So so disappointing. I am incredibly time poor so launched the watch into the adjoining church grounds . I feel conned and to be honest seeing 75% off deals should have put me off . Totally gutted and my advice would be to steer clear of Duxot . I would award minus 5 stars !
Why aren’t these watches quality checked before sending them out Duxot ?

arrived before the estimated time, I am really pleasantly suprised at the quality. All in all, a great experience.

So Duxot is a watch brand made in China who are part of the same watch 'family' as Spinnaker and AV-8.
That for me was where the similarity ended - not a great quality watch brand - just a cheap version of famous brands.
The straps and in particular clasp are very poor, boxes they are delivered in are extremely poor quality, and timekeeping not great.
In terms of service- great up to point of delivery and then non-responsive to and queries by email.
Personally - not worth the money even at the current 50% off.
