My refinance was very complex made up of various Ltd Companies and subsidiaries. However, Sy managed to secure me an excellent rate and handled the process in the most professional manner.

I've noticed recently that quality of services have dropped dramatically in many companies and organisations. This has not been the case with Dynamo. I have been using Dynamo services for the past 2 years. Damien and Courtney have been extremely helpful, reliable, professional, kind and effective. Our Mortgage Consultant, Tom Mainwaring, was able to source mortgage products that met our criteria quickly and efficiently, allowing us to put an offer in and secure a mortgage in principle the same day. His knowledge of the buy-to-let market, not only in England & Wales but also in Scotland - where the process is a little different, is excellent.

Once we had the mortgage offer our Case Handler, Courtney Smith, ensured the rest of the process ran smoothly.

When any unexpected issue did arise which was out of their hands. They were quick to find and offer solutions, I really can’t fault them and will definitely use Dynamo again.

Having already had 2 separate mortgage offers delivered and the purchases fall through at the last minute, our chain was about to collapse. I found another house but it was more expensive - So I asked Joshua Chan-Marshall & Zara Ahmed for a third time if they could possibly help me again. Well, they were simply amazing, not only did they get me the mortgage (which was again a tricky one) but they managed to get it done really quickly so the chain stayed in tact. I have literally just had my mortgage funds released for completion on my lovely, life changing new home and I can’t thank these two wonderful people enough. You will never understand how much you have just helped my family.

I have used Dynamo on two occasions now and they are excellent. Philip Raman, Leilani Mullen and Rebecca Salmon are exceptional.
They were helpful, easy to reach and gave updates promptly.

WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! SO STRESSFUL. I would have given NO stars if that were possible.
This was, without doubt, (and with the exception of the death of a family member) the most stressful and awful experience of my life.

The whole thing was an absolute nightmare. I would NEVER use Dynamo again and I would advise anyone who is offered a mortgage with TMW (The Mortgage Works) to steer clear and try somewhere else. DO NOT USE THE MORTGAGE WORKS. This was an absolute joke, albeit not a very funny one, and one that I had to pay for!

I started the process with this broker in September 2022 and I was in a good position as had a 70% deposit already, so only needed a small mortgage (30% loan to value) after 8 months of the dynamo brokers telling me 'nothing could go wrong' and 'it was all on track' or 'just a few more documents required' I was finally told TMW would not offer the mortgage. It was totally unbelievable.

This was after I had spent thousands getting structural surveys, damp and timber surveys, producing quotes for work and so forth for TMW underwriters. Even when the surveyor told me that there was no need for any work, TMW required a quote, so a company had to 'create' a quotation for the process. It was ridiculous. All this time, the Dynamo brokers kept saying, it's ok, nothing can go wrong!

Every time I produced another document for them, Dynamo got back to me saying The Mortgage Works needed 'just one more thing'. I have counted today and I had 230 emails from Dynamo during this process. Needless to say it was extremely stressful and time consuming.

I feel I was VERY badly advised by the Dynamo
broker. I ended communication with them in April this year. I then called my current mortgage company who said you don't need a broker, there is lots of equity in your current residential property, it's an easy process. I was able to release the funds I needed WITHIN 3 WEEKS.
I have now bought the house, no thanks to Dynamo or The Mortgage Works. I feel that the whole 8 month process almost seemed like some kind of 'Kafkaesque' joke, an exercise in how gullible a potential client can be! And I PAID Dynamo for this!

BEWARE potential clients, the deposit you give Dynamo is non refundable! The broker said to me in the beginning, this is any easy case, you have such a large deposit there is no question of us finding the mortgage you need! WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS.

I regret all the time and money I wasted and just wanted to share this, and warn others to NEVER use Dynamo or The Mortgage Works. You don't even really need to use a broker. Call you own mortgage company. If you do need a broker. I would recommend 'Fluent' I have used them several times and they were brilliant.

I have used Dynamo for a remortgage for one of my buy-to-let properties and have had a most positive experience with them .
They secured a loan for me in record time.
Most importantly it meets my requirements for the property in question.

My experience with Damien and Courtney has been wonderful and easy. The whole process has been transparent and easy to follow. I'd happily use this company again.

We used Dynamo to help with the process of buying our first BTL property. We had excellent support from Harris Zaman, who assisted us every step of the way. The process was very daunting for us, but Harris gave us so much confidence with his wide range of knowledge and readiness to answer our questions. We will definitely be using him again.

Rachael Peach & Courtney Smith @ Dynamo were absolutely amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of both of them! I originally made a huge mistake and went to a competitor who duly quoted me a monthly payment substantially more for the same loan I ended up getting from Dynamo! Shocked by the original figure, I corrected my mistake and did what I should have done in the first place by speaking to Dynamo! The service, speed, constant reassurance and professionalism both from Rachael & Courtney left me speechless throughout the entire process! Well done Rachael & Courtney you're literally changing lives!!!!!
