Dyno Rod were excellent. Came out same day to free the blockage in my shower. Nothing was too much trouble for the guy. It seems the drain at the back of my property was badly blocked and he managed to clear it for me.

Blocked toilet
Toilet became blocked at 9am, Dyno-Rod was called and Nadeem turned up at 11am. By 11.45 the blockage was clear and everywhere tidied up. Nadeem was very polite and professional, I can't fault the service we received, he is a credit to Dyno-Rod.

After being given an appointment time…
After being given an appointment time between 12 and 3 I was told several times by several different customer service agents that the engineer had been dispatched when he was clearly not on his way to us. He eventually arrived at 915pm . He worked with a mobile phone torch, had to be asked to clean up the pathways where sewage had leaked, didn’t carry a hose or brush and asked for payment of £40 more than had been quoted. I gave a 2 star review only because the blockage was pushed clear (not removed) and I can now run water for the carers to prepare my disabled husband for bed. A very stressful experience!

The only plumbers who could fix our toilet
We have 2 plumbers to fix our toilet and neither fixed the issue. We called dyno-rod and they came out next day. The plumber tried lots of different things as he didn't want to give up and eventually got it unblocked. 10/10 service

Excellent service
Excellent service, I was kept updated about when the engineer would reach me and he even arrived earlier than expected. Telephone contact en route. All really helpful when juggling a busy day. Sam was calm and professional and found solutions to three drain problems which was a massive relief to me. He gave good advice and was cheerful and helpful. I will definitely use the company again if need be. Also the price was very fair for the work Sam did. Much appreciated.

Rerouting of waste drain
We needed a rerouting of waste drain, we required digging up the ground to change the route and fall of the pipe, cutting new opening though an exterior wall and replacing soil pipe in confined space. The Dyno-rod team from DF Stewart, Corby did a great job on site, clearing up after themselves. Pleased with the solution, the service and the quality of the job.

NECESSARY STUPENDOUSNESS!
I eouldn't say it was great, but wait I would say it was NECESSARY and if I had to use superlatives I'd say it was even better than great: STUPENDOUS even. Believe me the drain needing attention had a major blockage (Major Major). A NECESSARY JOB that needed A VERY GOOD JOB. It got that in No Trumps, Redoubled.
