Callun A - Find and Fix Pipe Leak
Callun A was called to an upstairs Pipe Leak caused by accidental damage.
He gave good notice of his arrival and was on time. Having been briefed on the circumstances, he swiftly ascertained all was ‘made safe’ as possible and surveyed the minor ceiling damage.
He then continued to be efficient, tidy and courteous in his remedying of the issue to a satisfactory standard.
Whilst checking the system post fix, he noticed the low pressure flow in the Bathroom Sink Mixer Tap. I pointed out that this was the situation pre leak.
However, he attempted to resolve the problem but concluded, with my agreement, that it needed work beyond the scope of this visit. I was happy to be appraised of actions to be taken if I wanted further diagnosis done.
In summary, Callun was a delight, professionally and personably, to have visit in our hour of need.

Efficient and comprehensive
Engineer changed the valve on the toilet following a leak of water from the cistern into the toilet bowl. He then took time testing the various components in the cistern to ensure nothing else was wrong.

Very happy with Dan Rowe from Dyno Rod's service
Late evening of 8/926 our water was turned off by Dyno due to a major leak, nothing could be done until the next day - appointment was booked
Dan Rowe called to let us know when to expect him. He was professional, polite & friendly which gave me full confidence in him, after Dan assessed the leak he explained what he was going to do. Dan was happy to answer all my questions. He had to cut through both sides of a wall & dig into the floor, he did this with great care & as little mess as possible.
I have asked Dyno Plumb to thank him for rescuing us & fixing the leak
