Great job. Clean and tidy. Helpful and polite thanks so much

Daniel Toric, the plumber was very good moving the radiator. He even has change the items which were put wrong. I appreciate it and recommend him for the jobs like this.

I called DYNO Wednesday at 0830 and Lewis visited today to agree the work to repair leaking shower manifold. We agreed a price to replace and the job was completed by around 2 pm. Great response and excellent communication.

Very quick response, professional, very informative with what he was doing. Nice & tidy. Thorough & problem fixed. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant man who attended and fitted my new shower and office staff helpful arranging the appointment. Will definitely use again for plumbing issues

They were with me very quickly (within half an hour) for a failed hot water cylinder, with water pouring through my kitchen ceiling. Louis (Dyno Oxford) was calm, reassuring and gave me confidence he knew exactly what to do. Dyno quoted for replacement and Louis came back the next working day and fitted a new cylinder, again promptly, and got everything working, with no fuss. He was supported well by his office who progressed everything very quickly. And I now have hot water. Thank you!

Fast response, professional and efficient work with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Contact was made swiftly and replies were very prompt. My plumber was available to quote and fix my issue the next day after I'd raised the query. Thoroughly nice bloke, completed the job and explained exactly what was needed. Would use again.

Very responsive, the plumber was polite, a great guy explained everything in simple detail. Highly recommended

Enquired about replacement of leaking towel rail and was quickly given a quote and had one fitted within 2 hours. Staff involved were excellent

Arrived on time after call to confirm arrival time. Very professional plumber with nice manner. Job done - all mess cleaned up.

Very fast to respond to a request on ‘Local Heroes’ quote given and work carried out the following day. We had a radiator replaced. I didn’t feel under pressure at all to accept the quote. The plumber went out to his van until I’d made a decision whether to go ahead or not. Very pleased we did. The area was left clean and tidy and I feel happy with the quality work carried out.

Both elements on immersion heater were failing. The visit for a quote was booked quickly and our plumber called before attending which was very helpful. Quote was the most reasonable and when the elements failed the following day they ordered parts and the plumber was with us for 8 am. Mark was a very personable and friendly guy who quickly managed to drain our tank and replace the elements with no fuss. No hidden charges either. Very pleased to have hot water again. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very good manor, nice and professional knowledge.Detail and clear for explanation for what happens about the boiler and radiator issue.Recommendation.

Anthony was helpful and professional-diagnosed the problem and went on to solve it. Water tank overflow has been leaking for a while. Thank you for fixing it!

Had Dyno Rod out a couple of times due to a blocked toilet. Chap came in and was really helpful, polite and got the job sorted.

Seemed to be a toilet freshener which had become lodged. Will now use duct tape to keep them from falling in!

Very fast and friendly and reasonable priced service.

Top guy, who went over and beyond to get the issues we had resolved.

Very helpful both over the phone and in person. The plumber explained why the taps had stopped working, why we needed to change them and completed the job really quickly. Excellent service. This is our second time using the firm and would highly recommend.
