Superb service from professional but also super friendly technician Karl. Diagnosed the problem, discussed options and arranged for a quote to be sent. Really appreciated how flexible he was with his arrival time too. Was only to willing to fit his visit around my own busy day at work which was really appreciated.

Easy to book online, lovely guy who called before the appointment to confirm the problem. Drain and septic tank cleared efficiently. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you

Helpful call centre when I called to advise best route to reach me. Operator called and confirmed expected arrival, turned up as promised, did the job to clear blocked drains, very polite and positive. All round good experience

Called on the 29.09 due to waste coming back up through the pipes, a guy reached us within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and decided it needed a camera etc which he didnt have. Any other guy turned up the next day, assessed it and managed to find the fault and fix it after a long day. Very professional and fair.

Carl from dyno rod west midlands cleared my blocked drain in seconds. Cleaned my drain, wiped clean the drain cover and poured disinfectant into the drain.
