I’m extremely pleased with the care and service I received from Dyno-Rod, particularly from Craig from Leeds, who came out to help an elderly client of mine over the weekend.

Craig was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, kind, patient and understanding, which made such a difference when dealing with an elderly and vulnerable client. Although Craig was unable to carry out the work himself and complete the end result, he went above and beyond by contacting the relevant parties and making sure the issue was passed on and dealt with appropriately.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed genuine care and concern throughout. It was reassuring to know that he didn’t simply leave when he realised the work was outside his remit, but made sure the right people were contacted so the situation could be resolved.

Craig is a real credit to Dyno-Rod and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you, Craig, for your kindness, professionalism and for going above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The gentleman that came to clear my drains was very polite and professional. Did a great job.

I rang mid morning and they arrived early afternoon. The guy that came to unblock my kitchen drain was friendly and very helpful sorting out my problem. And I would recommend the firm to anyone that had a drain problem.

Called DynoRod out on an evening emergency evening to fix a blocked drain on our property. They were round in less than 90 minutes and were able to diagnose the problem and resolve very promptly (despite me not really knowing the drainage layout that could have assisted them !). Thanks to Craig for sorting. Would definitely use them again.

Quick response and helpful Customer Desk. The engineer is very polite and provide good services. After quickly checking the drainage and found no more blockages problems. He also offered us no charge for his service and gave me some small tips and recomend us to change the toliet tissue which could be more easily dissolved to avoid any blockages due to undisclosed toliet tissue.

Effective efficient and helpful.
The staff on the phone were quick to answer my problem made a prompt booking keeping me informed as to when someone would be with me.
They duly arrived within the hour, did the job and settled the account
No fuss, no bother just good at what they do.

Although the call centre got the time wrong when they did turn up they were brilliant got the job done in less than half an hour and Craig was such a pleasant guy that did the work.

Lovely gentleman who came out, communicated very well and support where he could and cleaned up as well! The person on the phone was just as nice and clear and supportive. Not overly expensive for a drain clean. Would use again.

We had a friendly,helpful chap come and look at our blocked drain.
We d been struggerling with for 5 day put unblocker down twice no joy.
Adam came and rectified it in 40 minutes .use dyno rod before many years ago and was pleased with them and pleased with them now they have a sparkerling reputation and so they should adam was brilliant really chatty and friendly got the job done.

Jordan, the engineer from British Gas / Dyno-Rod, came the same day, was excellent, professional, attentive, efficient and understanding. He diagnosed and resolved our serious leakage problem fully!

Brilliant and efficient service. Booked a slot for Monday on Saturday. Arrived Monday morning, found the issue and sorted it. Drains flowing as they should once again. Scott was professional and clearly explained the issue. Thank you :)

Absolutely spot on, rang up to book an appointment due to a blocked drain that was really backed up, had someone out in about an hour after having the appointment booked. I had someone called Keith and he was brilliant. So quick about it, he wasn't messing about and knew what he was doing. I'd deffo recommend if anyone has any drain issues!
