Why I say that this E-ITA is excellent?
First when I apply my IDP they are very approachable, helpful, they guide me how to do and submit one by one my documents.
The price I good, and the processing is pass and reliable. Most of all I have experience recently that my IDL was expired and I renew, but unfortunately by my mistake or misunderstanding o received my renew license and expired very near.
And the E-ITA support help me a lot to change my IDP without any charge they shoulder everything. THANK YOU SO MUCH E-ITA for your support and help to all your clients like me. More power to you and your entire company.

I am very happy about the service. It was easy to use and after a few weeks i recieved my drivers licence via oridinary mail. ( i did not order DHL delivery )
The plastic licence look good, and the paper one also look good. After i pay i also recieved a digital copy i could print but i did not do that. Honestly i thought for a while if it was a real licence and could be used but once i got the snail mail letter with the plastic card it was real.
I did not like so much they constant reminded me to buy DHL delivery to expedite depature, and i also did not like so much that when i login to the website it again and again said the order will be shipped in 23 houres and once that run out it started over. It did this for about 1 week or so before i see any change. I wonder if its a mistake or if they tried to make me buy the more expensive delivery.. But all in all im happy.
But honestly i think the international drivers license should be modernized on a global scale. It feel obsolete and to simple to be real.

More information was needed...

I was pulled over in a police traffic check tonight near Noceto, Italy (Parma). I presented my documents to the officers, including my IDL and I was told my IDL was a fraud by the officers..since it did not come through the US Embassy.
I do not think/believe that is correct. And I check the US Embassy site and they refer to AAA for International Drivers Licenses...
Please advise why the officers would state that...

The IDL is only dated 2/13/2025..

Edited after their response to me on TrustPilot. The issues I had were resolved, actually very efficiently, after I created a ticket at support.e-ita.org
I'm waiting for the physical copy but for now I think the service will be as-expected. I could not create a login in this portal but theres an option to create a ticket near the top of the landing page.
