E-Rewards is a excellent site. Rewards are great. Easy to use site and would recommend to you. Great way to earn points and make a difference to the word with your answers

Support is hopeless, they don't listen to what you are asking & keep repeating the same answer over & answer without even trying to help.

Don't like it when you spend 20 minutes or so doing a survey only to be kicked out saying you are not a suitable candidate.

Enjoyable surveys with mainly applicable surveys. Like the ability to convert to velocity points.Occasionally get survey that are not applicable as I am now retired.

I have been playing erewards for 6 years and have received a lot of points towards my velocity flights. Recently erewards have changed their programme which looks for the better.

There is only one rewards choice.
The surveys are sometimes boring and repetetive, some being needlessly long.
Brands that I am asked to review I am often unfamiliar with.

e-Rewards has a great variety of surveys and the rewards points received are appropriate for the time spent doing the surveys. Being able to convert the points to Virgin Frequent Flyers is very appealing and satisfying.

E-rewards is good in that they offer plenty of surveys. And their surveys offer large amounts of points to be accrued so you can get a large sum of points in no time. However, two drawbacks of e-rewards are: 1) you can only redeem your points ONCE a month and you have no choice in rewards. You can only redeem ONE type of reward only.
2) even though you can do all the steps necessary to achieve the top tier, it won’t update on your dashboard.

Surveys are engaging and easy to follow. Always entertaining as well as informative.
