I have been a member of e-rewards for a long time, participating at many interesting surveys and enjoyed the benefits. I intend to do so for a long time.

I enjoy the variety of the surveys. The rewards are great, I can credit my Velocity Account with the rewards and my points for future airline flights are increasing.

it's ok but it takes to long to convert the points

Like the idea of this app but few things need to improve.
Need better match of survey time to actual time. Some time you click on a "15 minute survey" and then the intro to the survery it says takes 20 minutes.
A number of times I have got the the end of a survery and then it asks some differentiating demographic questions (instead of the start) and then closes it if they don't match requirement. very frustrating when you have already spent 15 minutes. or it randomly closes and say thee quota has filled. once again not really reasonable when you have already spent a reasonable amount of time on it. should guve the point either way in that case.

Have been a member since 2015 and the always have a great experience with doing surveys and then being rewarded.

It is nice to receive a surprise for the effort put in. Retirees are a group of people that have a wealth of knowledge that needs to be tapped into.

Too much time taken to complete pre-screening process/questions. The need to repeat the same pre-screening process for each subsequent survey is annoying and time consuming... why isn't the result of the first pre-screening exercise recorded and used for determining suitability for each future survey?

E-Rewards always have interesting and engaging surveys, the fact that you earn points is a bonus, although I would like to redeem them more often.

Too many questions are repetitive being same or similar.
No option of answer 'NA' when question does not apply to me i.e. questions about govt water body. I don't get water from govt. I get it from bore water & I don't pay a water bill.

I did pre screening too may times to be told "not for you". I spent more time doing this than surveys.
Just too hard so i've stopped doing your surveys

A lot of time and effort put into surveys for little reward.

gives such a low amount of value that no one with any prospects would take the time to fill them out so the value of the surveys are useless because the only people that would fill them out are such a small proportion of the population that it deems the information useless.

I am more than happy with the consistent opportunities offered to participate in surveys. The points earned per survey are also pretty good. Overall I
am pleased to be a part of the e rewards experience
