I have purchased items from this company a number of times most recently I had an issue with their website as it was going through some issues which prevented me from being able to place my order. I reached out to them and they got back to me promptly and let me know after looking into my situation that their website was having issues. They let me know when it was fixed and they gave me 20% discount for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated when I received the flower it wasn’t at the quality that I am used to. I’ve reached out to them and they kindly sent me a new order with an extra bag in there for me. It’s very evident that they care about their customers and their brand and I will be continuing to support this company.

Ever since I purchased the IVEN I’ve loved it it’s never let me down time and time again it’s proved it worth and has been worth every penny . Also the team at iven is awesome they have provided outstanding customer service and support while talking to them! No im not a robot just a real satisfied customer!

Excellent Buying Experience!
Jenny is an excellent customer service rep. I was hesitant to buy the bundle due to cost but her kindness and professionalism guaranteed me buying the Iven Bundle! The web site is a lil tricky, I almost missed a few products and I wish there was more info on some of the products but all in all it was a pleasant experience. I’m a year into smoking flower so I’m new to all this and Jenny got me thru it lol. Again, gold standard customer service :-) I’ll update once I receive my Iven bundle!

Just too complicated and more trouble than it's worth. I prefer actually smoking, and if I can't smoke I have carts.
Not your fault. It felt solid and well made and if I had to do thca I'd try it again. But I'd hate to be in that spot.

I'm loving this company and their support is just great. So, don't worry. If anything goes wrong, they'll make it right. If you're not sure what to do or have any questions at all, just ask. Someone will get back with you to help right away. I'm very impressed with their customer service.
I'm also WAY excited about the Ari53 infused flower! This stuff is perfect for my vaporizer(s) and lifestyle. I tend to want to partake when I wake up in the middle of the night. It's my bedside buddy! No grinding. Super smooth and easy to deal with. So far... I can't decide which one I like best. But I made sure I could reach all of them without having to actually get up out of the bed. Seriously does the trick and I don't have to wait an hour to fall back to sleep.
AND it's a great way to introduce friends to dry herb vaping. Tastes great. Strong, but not overwhelming. And no lighter necessary!
It's always fun to show up with something new. Since I grew up in the days of "take what you can get", I just love having choices and variety. Ari53 is one of my best new finds!

My overall experience I would say was good. There flower is one of the best for a vaporizer online and it's potent too! Their Flower is awesome. I currently have the Yocan Hit and thought I was upgrading but my Iven was broken!
There customer service is great had purchased the Iven it was broken and after contacting the company the exchange happened immediately. I like my Iven and recommend E1011Labs to everyone.

It's perfect for a discreet night out. The only issue is when I went to take the bottom off only the cap and the rubber piece came off. I had to keep putting those back on to take the bottom off so I could get to the chamber.

It gets hardly works. Airflow is good and burns my but to fast because t I still like it.

As for your bud, I suggest trying a session on the yellow or green setting as these heat the flower at a lower temperature, allowing for a more flavorful hit.
Tried the device once, returned, but only got half the money back
The company only gave me half of the refund of the device back. They took 3 days to respond to the return email but they did (hence the 2 stars not 1). But they said since it was used once I only get half the money back. Seems scammy to me as if half of the purchase price is still a profit to them.
