Customer service needs improving
I initially liked the customer service and was happy to use these solicitors.
Throughout the process there were a few issues, mainly including communication. The app doesn’t always work. One time I called for an update and was made to feel as though I shouldn’t be calling. No one had replied to my email and the app wasn’t working.
Although happy with the result I initially wasn’t even told the claim was settled. Just a phone call to say they would be sending over the funds.

What is the point providing a "Contact us" option on your website, if no one can be bothered to respond? I asked a simple question... Do you accept ID1 & ID5 documents as proof of identity? Response = Radio silence. Time to move on to another Conveyancer for my imminent sale and purchase as it seems they can be bothered...

Having Debbie in our corner was exceptional. Buyer & buyers solicitors were difficult at best & Debbie helped us navigate a stressful sale. Estate agents were weak & could have done more to manage this sale

Motorcycle accident
After my accident, I was scared, upset and angry about losing my bike and my ability to walk for a period of time Eastham Solicitors managed to calm me, reassure me and give me a fantastic result, the process was very lengthy, however given the difficulty of the case, they kept me updated the whole way and my settlement was wrapped up quickly following the medical report being received. I was offered physio and support throughout the whole system and the app was easy to use! I would love to recommend

can genuinely confirm the service at Easthams has been exemplarary, notibly Adele & Kim in swifty dealing with everything without fuss or prompting on anything. Moreover, when my 1st buyer withdrew their offer at the 11th hour they very patient to allow time for another potential buyer take their place before invoicing which I regard as true professionalism in my view.
