Too much hidden information. I didn't want no extras! No memberships, no insurance! Just the loan! And I want to pay it back as soon as I can!

When we called before going we were told that the only thing required was ID. We didn't find out until we arrived that more was needed. It took going back 2 days to obtain everything.
After getting the E-transfer it was a bit confusing.
Because the code was not put in exactly the money was returned, causing even more problems and waiting longer for the funds. The problem was that instead of it saying that the code was wrong it was telling us to answer the question. There is not question just a code. We were there on a Friday and because of the confusion it is now Tuesday and we are still waiting for the Funds to be deposited to our account. If they could resend the E-transfer a second time it would have been a lot easier and quicker. Having only 3 tries when you don't understand was the problem was made it tough. By the time we figured out it was the code problem, it was too late.

I've changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars because we did get feedback about the problems we were having and it's good to know that they understand and want to make things easier for people.

Ayuash really went above and beyond for me. I was in a situation where I greatly needed the loan and he made alot of effort into making that happen. He communicated with me every step of the way, and helped make a very stressful situation a million times easier to deal with.
