Bought the 3.5m and 3m version sheds to go in a narrow spot down side of house. Unfortunately the instructions got wet and were unusable. Got onto the website chat on a long weekend Sunday not expecting much help but Ryan was straight onto it providing links to the online instructions. Turned a nightmare into a much more tractable problem. Thanks Ryan, customer support is what keeps a companies reputation!
