We HAD to buy a new machine!
We HAD to buy a new machine as the last one stopped working which we had had for approx 10 years. We were most disappointed that the company could not repair it with the excuse that "we don't make that model any more" ! I truly hope, when this one stops working, that we don't get the same excuse again

this is only the second one i have had…
this is only the second one i have had to buy in 18 yrs .they work great.and built in England can not fault them i had an eco before and ive had a smart which is the new model

Good dehumidifier
Bought a new dehumidifier at a great discount. It works well reducing the condensation in the room. The only improvement would be having the humidity displayed so that I can see the effect.

Bought the dehumidifier for my father, have the same one myself. Works well, not too heavy to move around. Volume low and comparable with other models. Fast, easy delivery.

I live on a small island and as such we live with our feet in the water...yes we are DAMP!!! I am probably the owner of more EBac dehumidifiers than EBac. Great quality and price
Easy to use website makes ordering very straightforward and with next day delivery you can't go wrong. Great quality products at competitive prices. I have now bought three Series 4000 dehumidifiers over the last few months and they are all working well. Would definitely recommend them.

Happy to support a local company
Ordered a dehumidifier from Ebac & a few accessories including castors which really are an advantage when moving the unit around the house. Mainly bought for the main bedroom to keep wardrobes free from moisture which is working well. Very happy with the unit this is my second Ebac dehumidifier my initial unit is now residing at my daughter’s house.
