Lee came to my house last week to repair my suite which had been damaged by the delivery team. Lee was very polite and courteous and he did an excellent job I would highly recommend Lee.

I’m really happy with the service the furniture tech that came to have a look at my sofa he’s found the problem and hope to get it resolved very soon his name is Lee very helpful man

If i could give 10 i would. Lee phoned before he arrived. He immediately spotted the issue. He went out of his way to make sure the issue was resolved. Very chatty happy guy which makes a change from some workmen. Would highly recommend.

Had a technican out yesterday to fix a warranty issue with our new sofas . Firstly setting up an appointment was easy and I was told a window and that I would get a call from the technician with a narrower timeframe on the day. This turned out to be the case , arrived as planned was professional and friendly , followed all the COVID guidelines and even gave us some tips in caring for our new sofa. Would have no issues having them back again.

I had the second of two visits from Ben last week to fix a John Lewis Sofa. It needed two visits so there was a long enough slot the second time to complete the repair. He did a great job, showed me the problem and what he was doing, and was friendly and courteous at all times. Recommended.

I have never in my lifetime experienced such unprofessionalism.

A visit was arranged to assess my sofa. An assessor arrived and we talked over the options available taking into consideration the age of the sofa.

Upon receiving a copy of the report I did not recognise my signature or necessarily agree with the content. Having moved on from the first red flag I confirmed what I required and agreed to the fee and rebooked.

The same operative arrived months later to clean, repaint and replace some of the foam on my sofas. The chap had no intention of doing any work at all and claimed he wasn’t furnished with any of the materials to complete the job.

Eventually when pressed he admitted that he didn’t have foam, paint and cleaning products as after completing the report and providing a quote he didn’t think he would be back at the job.

Despite agreeing with me in person on matters relating to what had been pre agreed I heard him tell a very different story when I insisted he called in to the office to inform them that none of the three agreed repairs would be carried out.

Despite calling and speaking to one of the directors some weeks later I was assured it would be looked into and she would get back to me.

I’ve heard nothing.

Time wasters. As the initial consultation was booked by a third party I have been left wondering if this company charge and pocket from consultations as opposed to carrying out works.

The so-called engineer called Friday t to check mattress for saging in the middle had put in garage as new one I ordered had come Tuesday did not text or check with any device said less than ten mins said he should check on the bed when offered to take in and put on the bed said no and left this is a sighllentnight and comes with a five year warranty but sold by littlewoods who sent them out and charged me 45 pounds and are on there books haha

I had two visits from Eco Master regarding a faulty Ikea sofa. They were punctual and communicative both times and arrived when they said they would. The two gentlemen that came both times were very courteous and professional. But, the outcomes were different. The first time, I wasn't happy with the result and so they came back to sort things out a second time. I was extremely happy with this and grateful that they did what they said they were going to do. It is a shame that it wasn't sorted on the first visit, but at least the result was good in the end so I cannot fault them for that. It was much appreciated indeed and Ikea have now honoured their side of things. My thanks to Michael for his diligence and help!

Very poor customer service. Refused to be flexible even though we are full time key workers! Eventually turned up and sat in the van calling me (while I was working and unable to take a call). Call back in ten minutes or we will leave! Needless to say they left and I am getting a refund from John Lewis. Useless firm. Rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Michael visited us today to inspect a failing Ikea mattress...well, after 30 minutes he had conducted a full repair onsite. Michael had visited us some years ago on a similar call....and he remembered us! Fantastic support and a joy to work with....thanks Michael at Ecomaster!

John Lewis Sofa Issue - Upholster visit Lee

Extremely impressed by the professional, sympathetic and empathetic manner displayed by Lee today attendedIng to effect a repair to my sofa. On inspection additional damage was discovered and I was amazed to find that by the time I phoned John Lewis his report had already been submitted. Fantastic customer service, thanks Lee.

Michael has visited today for a John Lewis Mattress Inspection. The communication from Ecomaster started since more than a week ago, with professional staff arranging appointment and keep me updated throughout.

Michael has maintained good communication to keep me informed of arrival time and paid attention to covid precaution. The entire process was swift and pleasant, he was polite and professional throughout.

Highly recommended!
