Terrible Domain service
I have always used ecompanies and generally been a good experience until 5 weeks ago when my email and domain crashed. Despite contacting and leaving help desk requests at least 10 times I still have had no response nor any resolution. This is killing my business and I just want someone to contact me.
the domain is thehomesmith.com.au in case any one from ecompanies decides to actually respond to my issues.

I've used eCompanies several times
I've used eCompanies several times, and it really is a complete service. The ease of use and full documentation set that is generated is great (including the Word document for the shareholders agreement). Efficient service and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Everything good but for printing delivery time
Great company setup process but slow printing and postage. I understand Covid plays a part but 1 and a half months until final receipt of printing is a bit much.

No sipport!
I registered my domain name through this company. I needed them to help get my website and email live - no response from 3 x requests - what a joke. I have since registered another domain name with another organisation and my website went live straight away.
