I am a first time user and will definitely be letting my business network know how easy it was to form a company without the huge accountant expense.

Reliable product however no response to emails ever!

0 stars. I would not recommend Ecompanies. This is the most unhelpful, unprofessional business experience I have ever had. Ecompanies have been hosting my domain and email for my small business and suddenly my email was not sending or receiving emails. I have used live chat 20+ times to try over the past month to resolve the issue and have still not heard back from them. It is crucial to have my email working and the lack of support is devastating for my business.

Their services have degraded substantially. They removed phone number and chat facilities from their website. I have registered a company for one of my clients but haven't received the Company Register yet. I sent them chat message three times but received no reply yet. I am in a embarrassing situation for the ecompanies. Their services were good in the past. I will not advise anyone about ecompanies.

I called an accountant to setup a new company,I was told it might take a week in order to prepare and lodge the paperwork and would cost over $1000.A friend suggested to give ecomapnies a try.I was hesitating due to not knowing anything about setting up a company,I was shocked to know how easy and streamlined, quick the process was with Ecomapnies.It took around 20 minutes to creat a company and get an ABN.The best was every single question in form had a detailed explanation in case you're not familiar with it.

Your chat help is rubbish, without any response when I need your help for THREE times in the application of new company set up.
The good side is your app. is smooth and has a good price.
Hope to improve.

Very Easy to navigate, no complications, it is worth the extra fee as It is much easier to navigate than using ASIC

30 days after paying for eCompanies to register my ABN (which i could've done myself, but thought it quicker and easier to do whilst getting my ACN) i have no ABN number. Spent a lot of time, i will never get back, on hold to the ABR/ATO to be told they have no application pending. Cost my newly formed business time and opportunities.
Unable to talk to anyone to find out the progress.
A "chat to someone" text system which no one replied.
Has left me pretty annoyed.
I am hoping this review finds the eyes of someone within the company, and they will contact me immediately.
If not, i will write another review.

WAITING FOR ABN FROM 8/3/22, TILL DATE NO RESPONSE FROM TEAM. EMAILED THEM AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON CHAT TO CALL, BUT NO REPLY.

Process is simple but missing information about further steps, It may be very helpful if it tells me in my state where should I go and stamped and if something I want to change what is the procedure.
