Disappointing. The strap broke on my bag not long after I got it. Unfortunately I had lots going on at the time so it took me a little while to go to customers services about replacing the strap. My enquiry was to buy a replacement strap as it had been a while - customer service reply was that I couldn’t purchase a strap separately and the ‘solution’ was for me to buy a completely new bag and then I could just swap the strap between the identical bags- genuinely shocked that a company at this price point had no other suggestions! After declining that ridiculous ‘resolution’ they said I could get a strap from a different bag but in a colour that doesn’t match my bag. Just to resolve the situation I agreed and nearly two weeks later I haven’t heard a thing - no reply, no acknowledgement, no strap, nothing. Absolutely awful company; I wouldn’t touch this brand again with a barge pole. What a waste of £90. But I guess they don’t care because they’ve got your money.

Ich habe am 13.12.2025 meine Bestellung über zwei Rücksäcke getätigt. Bis heute (Stand: 18.01.2026) habe ich meine Rücksäcke nicht erhalten, aber der Betrag wurde bereits gezahlt. Bei dem Tracking des Pakets wurde aufgezeigt, dass die Ware an das Unternehmen zurückgesendet wurde. Beim Service habe ich mich auch schon beschwert und gefragt, wo meine Ware ist. Sie haben mir geschrieben, dass sie die Produkte an meine frisch angegebene Adresse liefern und mir eine neue Tracking Nummer per Mail später schicken (Stand: 05.01.2026). Bis jetzt (Stand: 18.01.2026) habe ich keine neue Email erhalten, um das Paket zu tracken, noch eine Versandbestätigung, dass es wirklich nachträglich nochmal an mich versendet wurde.

This company is Chinese and ships from China. Dishonest not to be upfront about this. I would not have ordered if I had known. I feel very strongly about buying items from so far away. My order is still on a plane from China.. Have requested cancellation but no response yet. Not eco at all!

Llevaba años detrás de un bolso de esta marca en concreto. Lo compré y decepción total, el diseño precioso pero la calidad del producto es muy mala. El olor horrible y después de comprarlo vi que la tienda enviaba desde china, cuando pensaba que operaban desde el Reino Unido. Es un producto muy caro y el embalaje deja mucho que desear. No lleva caja ni protección, va en un simple sobre de plástico que me llegó rasgado afectando a la calidad del bolso. En una parte está rozado. Una decepción total. Me siento estafada. Por muy bonitos que sean sus bolsos no caigáis, es caro y de mala calidad.

The bucles broke within a week of getting it, arrived bent up and started peeling. Even though they are extremely cute i would't recommend getting it simply because of the lack of quality :((

La borsa che ho comprato è bellissima esteticamente, peccato che il materiale sia davvero pessimo. Ce l’ho da soltanto 4 giorni e si sta già sgretolando. Peccato perché così belle esteticamente non se ne trovano.

Does not disclose that they operate out of China. Unclear if their working conditions are humane and materials are sustainable. I received the ad on my phone in California and China is far as heck. Huge footprint for a purse. I would consider the instagram ad spam. 🧧🥡

J'ai flashé sur 2 sacs que je trouvais très jolis et les ai pris. Les deux ont montré des signes d'usure anormale (teinture qui se détaché, qui semble brûler au contact de la lanière). Je conseille donc cette marque à toute personne qui souhaite utiliser un sac durant quelques mois seulement.
Je souligne également que je n'utilisais pas le sac tous les jours et que même en y faisant attention, la qualité s'est vite degradée. Le service après vente m'a signifié que était trop tard la date de validité de la garantie était passée, alors que je n'avais reçu le colis que 1 an auparavant. Bref, déçue

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical staff. I requested to raise a return since I did not like the quality of product and I get an email stating we will refund $10 and you can keep the product. I refused for this since the product was $50 and I absolutely hated the quality. I have been writing to them ever since, I have not heard back from them. They have completely vanished. Pathetic and absolutely disgusting behaviour. Please don’t buy their products , don’t waste your money.
