We have recently had a lot of work carried out in our bathroom almost a total refit by Carl and Mark from EcoWarmth. We cannot fault or praise them highly enough. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with immediately which really did impress us. We would highly recommend this company for any plumbing related work.

I honestly can't believe some of the negative reviews I've seen – my experience with Ecowarmth in Risca has been nothing but excellent over the years.

They’ve serviced my boilers for a long time now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always courteous, reliable, and professional – plus they leave everything clean and tidy, which I really appreciate.

It’s rare to find a company you can trust completely, but for me, Ecowarmth is that company. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Zero starts given!! They visited me for annual gas safety check and made so much mess in my kitchen floor with their dirty boots and killed my beautiful plants growing with care outside my window. When I saw all the trampled branches and completely destroyed I wanted to cry. Who do such things coming to someone's house and destroys their belongings!! Kills plants, brings dirt to the kitchen and not even bringing tools for boiler checks and regulation?!! They didn't even care what they do!! I don't recommend this company at all!

The service engineer is very experienced and knowledgeable conducted in a professional and timely manner taking care to be responsible for the repairs

I really regret that I used their service as then realised that they have low working standards or basically no pride in their work. They replaced my old radiator for a new larger one but damaged my wall and made pipes visible on top of skirting board. It looked awful! They put a new termostat but wasn't even straight on the wall!!! As I wasn't happy I called the office and a woman called Karen answered so I asked to speak to the manager, she said: if you tell me the problem I can help, during the discussion she also blamed me that was my fault for not telling them how I wanted the work done because that is the way they do it! (Pipes on top of skirting boards! ) They didn't even discussed it with me and as a customer I was expecting them to do a nice job! She then said that the man that came to my house for the quote didn't have a clue and was new member of staff, she later confirmed that she was actually the manager ( why was it a secret when I asked to speak to the manager?) and said that would send the owner of the company to apparently fix the mess , he did a slight better job and filled the holes on the wall but not really properly and I could see that he doesn't have a clue what " aesthetically " means , they just don't care if looks awful!
So don't waste your Money like I did .
I will never use this company ever again !!! so at the moment saving money to have it fix properly and hide the pipes behind the wall as it should be done by professionals.

Don't trust this company. Their engineers are not professional and don't know how to fix the boiler simple leaking problem. All they know is asking for more money without resolving existing problems. If you want to ask them to sort out, then they ask you to pay them more, you need to pay first, they work after. Also they will not guarantee any work they did and no promises at all.

Absolute pleasure to recommend this company! They did everything as planned/promised and apologized after completion for disruption, etc; yet I didn't really "get" what they were talking about as we had the anticipated amount of disturbance you should expect with a job of this nature (complete boiler replacement, flush existing system, existing radiators overhauled, more ....) so no apology necessary. They were in-and-out, very quick, very clean and no trace of them having ever been there when all the work was done. A total pleasure and a really good company. Individually a fantastic bunch of guys with great personalities.

If anyone needs a new boiler use Ecowarmth. Their customer service is simply amazing. Firstly they tried to fix my dated Powermax. When it finally died - they gave a very competitive quote. However - what sets them apart is Carl and his teams workmanship! . Totally professional, clean, tidy and hidden !!! Their attention to detail is second to none. Fantastic service and truly highly recommended.

From the quotation for a new boiler and radiators to the installation everything was excellent. The advice given was by Mark was comprehensive, the quote competitive and fitting by Carl and Lewis professional and efficient.
Everything was thought of, from covering carpets to hiding pipework inside and out of the house.
We were recommended to use this company and are really happy with the outcome, so would happily recommend to others.

I had a new top quality combi boiler and other works recently carried out by Ecowarmth.
Their standard of work and efficiency is absolutely top notch ... plus they are a great, friendly company to deal with.
Everything has been installed to the highest standards by the team, and they are competitive on pricing.
I would recommend them very highly indeed.

With the panic of the carbon monoxide alarm going off in the night, the next worry was getting someone to check the boiler in this current working environment.
Not a customer, however friendly service start to finish, understood the situation and were able to provide an excellent priced service on the same day!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly engineer by the name of Carl.
Couldn't recommend enough!

My central heating packed up - explained house was freezing and had kids here........ they managed to fit me in that same day and fixed the issue withing mins ! Excellent Service from Laurie at the office who sorted everything seamlessly and the engineer was great too. Would use again for sure and definitely recommend them - Thank you ecowarmth

friendly people but unfortunately not fixed our issues! so have thrown good money after bad. had a boiler fitted with them 2 yrs ago which was fine, but young lads took my units down to fit it and distorted it so badly we couldn't close the doors on the cupboard. hubby finally took them down to have a look at them to find they had also put large screws down through the plinth and straight through front of both cabinets on the front edge splitting the wood. we had them out 3 times to fix a leak under our sinks and this wasn't rectified. We called them to give them another go due to having a problem with heating and again the 2 taps that were still dripping and also a dripping sink tap. we were told that we needed a new tap in the kitchen so i offered to go get one to be fitted straight away and was told that there is no way that would be fitted today as he was busy even though that was booked in on the job. He couldn't fathom out what was wrong with our heating but finally got it working and said the boiler wasn't set correctly and its a wonder we didn't have issues with hot water, I advised they are the only people who have touched the boiler charged £60. Told i would need to re book taps as another job and was quoted it would be around £120.00 for a new tap to be fitted and leaks to be sealed. tap in kitchen fitted and hot water is literally trickling out so un-use able no offer of solution with plumber. he sealed taps upstairs and after he left the tap upstairs leaking worse than ever. I called them back and was told no one in the office, as it was 4.30 pm no offer to send some one out to rectify the problem quite shocking. I was told they don't work weekend and we will need to speak to them on Monday. since then the new tap on the sink in kitchen have started leaking so everything under sink was wet too. I'm really annoyed as i now have to fork out to get this fixed by someone else sorry to say i wont be having them back. A good plumber should be able to fix a simple problem. Cannot understand confusion as problems we encountered were mentioned to plumbers who came and yes more work was booked in last week to fit tap and fix leak that had been attempted 4 times by you and still not fixed by you and in fact leaking worse. And to boot leak on new tap your plumber fitted under the sink. As you can understand I’m really not happy. Top hat on it was when I called to advise we still had leaks Friday instead of trying to rectify the problem I was told no one there now and you don’t work weekends not the response a customer expects.

I've been a customer of theirs for a number of years and they have always provided a great service. Last night a fault came up on my boiler and resulted in no heating or hot water. I called Eco Warmth first things this morning and after initially trying to troubleshoot and resolve over the phone, they managed to get a couple of Engineers out today, in between all the other jobs they already had planned. They understood straight away what the problem was and it was all resolved within 10 minutes. Fantastic service.

We are very pleased with the central heating installation work carried out by EcoWarmth. The work was carried out quickly and cleanly. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

When my 20 year old boiler finally gave up the ghost, choosing a company to replace it was a mind boggling exercise due to the sheer numbers of companies available.
It wasn`t just good luck that I chose Ecowarmth because my very first contact with them gave me great confidence in their ability to deliver.
Callum arranged for Mark, one of their engineers to visit me to provide a quote and he valiantly tried to get my boiler working. Although his efforts were unsuccessful, he was clearly a knowledgeable and experienced tradesman who dealt with my queries honestly and professionally. This was followed up promptly with a detailed and concise quote and after speaking with Keran, one of the company directors, we agreed a very competitive price and delivery timescale.
Morgan and Jack arrived promptly on the arranged date and 10 hours later the boiler was fitted and working perfectly. They worked tirelessly and efficiently and on finishing the work they tidied up and left my home spotlessly clean
I cannot recommend this company more highly and thank them all for a job superbly done.

What a wonderful service. I had a gas leak and they arrived within an hour. It was the valve in the boiler which was fixed quickly. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I couldn't recommend them enough.
