If you win 200 euros from a football game and want to withdraw you will have big problems with the verification. A gambling commission would see easily that its a scam but its all about corruption. I didn't know that this bookmaker is in Greece. It is a scam website, because they allow you to bet and deposit but once you try to withdraw money they limit the account and try everything to slow you down and steal the money. El 30 de diciembre de 2025 solicité un retiro de fondos a mi billetera Jeton. Según el Artículo 17 de sus propios Términos y Condiciones, tengo derecho a que el retiro se procese en 24 horas.

A la fecha de hoy, martes 6 de enero de 2026, mi solicitud (#615995985) sigue en estado "Pendiente", lo que constituye un claro incumplimiento de su política.

El servicio al cliente ha sido ineficaz y contradictorio. Primero me informaron que mi retiro estaba "aprobado" y solo pendiente de finanzas (3 de enero). Al día siguiente, dieron marcha atrás, diciendo que "aún esperan confirmación" sin ofrecer un plazo concreto (4 de enero).

ACTUALIZACIÓN (7 de enero de 2026):

Al final, revertieron el pago alegando un "inconveniente con su procesador de pagos, Jeton". Aunque mi primer retiro con ellos llegó el mismo día, esta vez fallaron.

Si en fechas festivas su procesamiento es tan lento e inestable, deberían replantearse operar. Tal vez los inconvenientes fueran reales, pero la comunicación pésima y la falta de soluciones concretas son inaceptables.

Tras una presión constante (hasta una queja en el regulador de Curazao), el pago finalmente se hizo. El proceso fue innecesariamente largo y estresante.

No los recomiendo. Si valoras tu tranquilidad, busca una casa más transparente y confiable.

The Most Tragic Experience in Betting

Three months ago, I made a total deposit of €125. The company limited my account at €392, meaning I had a net profit of €267.

And that’s where my “adventure” began.

The Verification Marathon Begins

I requested a withdrawal from a fully identified account.
Even though I had already submitted my card at the beginning, they asked for it again. Then followed an endless list of documents:

I sent everything correctly, and then they asked for even more:

After all the above, they asked me to record a video at home, holding my ID and showing the computer screen at the same time.

After several failed attempts, I finally submitted it.
Then they made me redo everything two and three times, as if I were a professional photographer or cameraman. 😂

Eventually, they told me that I could proceed with the withdrawal.

The Tragic Ending

I submitted the withdrawal… and the company refunded the money back to my account, asking again for verification.

I spoke countless times via live chat — because if I waited for the emails that never arrived, I would need a month to get my money.

They told me it was a “system error.”
This happened three times.

Finally, after all this trouble, I managed to receive the grand amount of €392.
Net profit: €267. 😂

And the best part?
Right after I got my money, they emailed me again asking for another video identification. That’s when I realized how ridiculous this company truly is.

Conclusion

This company:

does everything possible to inconvenience the customer,

makes the verification process unnecessarily difficult so the user gives up,

has rude live chat agents who offer zero help and don’t tell you what to improve in the photos or videos they request.

Stay away from this company — especially if you are Greek — unless you want to live through all of the above.

The efbet is open a few days ago in Greece. I deposit 100e and i receive a bonus 100e. When i was close to complete the rollover they limited for no apparent reason my account. But I managed to get the bonus by playing over 200 bets with €0.20-0.50. But two weeks ago and after they first asked me for selfies and videos, I asked for a withdrawal which they still haven't completed with various ridiculous excuses. No player deserves to bother with her.

Created the account and verified at January 15th, I loaded the account with money, and they gave me a generous bonus. At 16th-Jan I played three matches, 20,50,70 euros respectively.
17-Jan the account was limited to 1-5€ per game at the best (most are less than 2€), so I cannot bet and I cannot fulfil their requirement for the bonus to become money. I will lose EVERYTHING in this platform. 250euros were loaded and now I will lose them because of that.
