I am still amazed by ejuicedirect.com! I live in NH where nicotine prices are outrageous, and when I order from ejuicedirect.com, my ejuice comes from CA to NH in 3 days!

Tried calling 8+ emails. No reply. Smells like a scamming bunch or wankers to me

The experience, the quality and the delivery are great.

HORRIBLE customer service. Said they would issue a manual refund when the discount code they were offering wasn’t working. Never received the refund. Can’t stand liars, great way to lose loyal customers. Before this I would have given them five stars because they have great pricing, my favorite brand, and reliable and fast shipping. Too many other great vendors to support, rather than someone who lies to you and steals your money.

I was very nervous at first however after receiving my shipment on time I was very pleased. Not bad on the prices either. I will shop here again in the future

First time I ordered, they sent me someone else's order. Annoying, but after I sent an email they promptly apologized and sent me another package... which was still wrong. I reached out again, and they ghosted me! I guess you get what you pay for. 🙃

Juices r awesome n they came fast

The site offers a code to obtain a percentage off of the purchase but the site does not take the code so you overpay for the purchase.

Web site is easy to navigate. Purchase was easy to get through and felt secure

Fast shipping, great product!

A bit cheaper than buying from a brick and mortar store, quick shipping. Good selection, always has my favorite brand. Sales and coupons, sign up for emails. Only thing I'd say is that occasionally I've gotten a leaky bottle out of the package. Also, shipping could be cheaper, but if you buy in bulk, they have free shipping over a certain $ amount.

After making a $100, I needed to get in contact with support about my order. I called the phone number on the website and left messages. They will never answer the phone and they will not call you back.

I sent emails to the email listed on the website as well as replying to messages I received when I made my purchase. Multiple emails.

72 hours later, there is still no response and no reply by any means of communication.

If you have a problem with your order, you're out of luck. There is no way to contact support. At this point, I don't think it exists. Contact info is just for show.

I contacted this company 2 weeks ago because I made a purchase, I never did hear back from them so I had to contact my bank and get my money back that way,.. Also when you pay it says sorry something went wrong and charged me 2 times like tons of people reported, this is illegal, and why didn't I receive a response from this place I checked junk, other and focused inbox nothing at all from this company, I recommend staying away, search the name of the site and reviews on the end you will see how many people got ripped off, they are paying people to write these reviews
