Great products but by the time you pay for the product & the cost is converted to pounds & postage it becomes expensive. Then there is the time that it takes to arrive, they should have a distribution centre in Australia.

Excellent service, super fast delivery and fantastic product.

Excellent product, excellent service. Very pleased indeed. It's just about big enough!

Got my order fast and I am in love with each one.

Quick to dispatch, well packaged and did exactly as described, a very good service.

Items delivered fast and were well wrapped up.

Item arrived in plain packaging with next day delivery. Still learning how to use the various settings and find what suits me best but must say using the audio with free sound files from soundcloud is amazing

Did not use it yet because i did not have everything i wanted to use it with !

Communications and shipment was excellent considering I live 10,000km away on a tiny island Singapore. It took less than a week to arrive in good condition.

Both the Axis and the Flick Duo are very good. Well built and functional.

The Axis definitely had more output power than the Flick Duo plus more functions.

I would recommend both equally depending on budget as well as power play level.

Thank you Electrastim for having made excitement for all. I must also add that the video reviews by Electrastim staff were great. Keep them coming!!

Cheers always
Your customer.

Sorry, I'm still waiting for the answer to my January 28 request :

"Hello,
I downloaded the file AXIS v1.2 firmware- MAC users and OS below Windows 10 Axis_Release_1.2.bin for my Flux.
Unfortunately, I cannot open it, either with the "The Unarchiver" or "Daemon Tools » tools.. I am running Mac OSX 11.1 Big Sur.
Thank you for helping me !
Greetings,
H. Bargain"

Free! Process was smooth and easy.

I bought one some time ago which stopped accepting a charge. Unable to find receipt but product little used. Contacted the company and they offered to consider repair. Received back today, apparently repaired and tested (npt tried it yet) but what a great response. Thanks Cyrex.

Pretty quick delivery considering I ordered between Christmas & new year !

Great experience here, from order to delivery, absolutely no hassle. No hesitation recommending this company. The other thing to mention is great quality products

My parcel arrived promptly and was well packed. Their products exceeded expectations and I'm very happy with my purchase. I would have no qualms recommending them to anyone.
