Really happy I used electricshop.com, with there Great prices excellent customer and speedy delivery.
I Found the product I wanted at a great price, so i went ahead & bought it.
I was then contacted by a representative of the company a day later as to whether I had meant to purchase when I did as the site had an availability date for delivery a week later than I brought it, which i was fully aware of, but I appreciated the concern all the same , With so many positive reviews I knew I was in safe hands . [Thanks Sunny & Mark]
It also came as a nice surprise when my order turned up a full 3 days before the stated availability on the site, to which I was fully updated about by DPD every step of the way untill arrival.
Overall a great experience and would use this service again & would highly recommend it to friends & family or anyone sitting on the fence.
Im happy to say my Dyson Gen5detect is now setup and ready to be used.

Unfortunately, some couriers charge significantly more for deliveries to remote or Highlands postcodes, which is why we clearly note in our Terms and Conditions that customers in such areas should check with us prior to ordering.

Beware they don’t honor price match
Website claims they price match when I asked for price match rep got disgruntle and refused to match to Amazon or Curry’s! Found the item there for the same price they’re the only ones trying to charge an extra £150!

Bought a Dyson V15s Detect Submarine…
Bought a Dyson V15s Detect Submarine and can only say my experience was excellent. Product arrived on time and is excellent, truly doesn’t disappoint and neither did the electric shop. Kept fully informed re delivery, goods arrived on time and value for money I can describe as excellent. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order of Dyson Vacuum Cleaner, next day delivery I was expeting my order from DPD with never shows up, then i realise theres was misspelled postcode. My item was on the way back, after contact the customer service team a VERY ARROGANT STAFF "Ed" clearly was unhappy and started to accusing me of change my mind to cancel my order as my postcode was wrong. My self I work with customers every day but they way this gentle spoke to me over the phone is NOt acceptable at all. Later on the day another staff sent me another email offering a discount from £29,99 to £19,99 as gesture of goodwill ,but the delivery charge on the website os £19,99 so he is NOt given any discount on the undelivered item! All I can say is AVOID this store if you can, pay extra to any other reliable store to have a descent service!!

We were disappointed to see your 1-star review and hear that you felt the staff member you spoke with was unfriendly. Please be assured that we take all customer feedback seriously. Since all our phone calls are recorded, we will investigate this matter thoroughly and take any necessary actions.
While your order was placed with the standard 3-4 day delivery service, we went above and beyond by dispatching it the same day via next-day delivery at no extra cost to you.
After reviewing your order details, we found that the secure DPD delivery failed due to an incorrect postcode provided on your order. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this issue at any point during the process.
Since the order was already dispatched, and the cancellation resulted from circumstances beyond our control, we are within our rights to deduct the shipping and return costs we have incurred. This policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
If you had received the delivery and later decided to return the item within 14 days (as per your right), the return shipping costs would have been your responsibility. However, in this case, we have already incurred both the shipping and return costs, which were due to no fault of our own.
Regarding the £19.99 charge, please understand that this amount also reflects the costs we are charged by the couriers for returning the parcel.
We hope this clarifies the situation, and we remain committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.

Excellent customer service.
Very speedy item selection and checkout process. Perhaps even a bit too efficient since it’s linked to clearpay and I Mistakenly went through the checkout with my old address as my delivery address. I sent an email and followed this up with a phone call and The staff representative at electric shop could not have been more helpful. Details were amended immediately and the item was still delivered around 48 hours after ordering even though I ordered on a Sunday morning!!
The item was a ninja air fryer which was out of stock on the ninja website, Where I was going to use my NHS discount. Electric shop was the cheapest across the whole of the Internet!! Theirs worked out even cheaper than it would have with my discount. So all in all a very good experience with this company.
I would buy from them again and would recommend. Especially having tried out their customer service process!! Five stars from me.
