Please don't buy any components from this site

Unfortunately I came to the trustpilot page a little late as I had already placed my order and it 100% seems that all the reviews are telling the truth. Placed my order on 13/10/24 and it’s 4/11/24 and I emailed them. They replied by saying the part Is out of stock. GUYS IF THE PART IS OUT OF STOCK WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU EVEN TAKE MY ORDER. A bunch of scammers

Ordered some electronic components on 21.10.2024 till now (3.11.2024) not shipped and no update from the seller. Poor service think before placing the order on such websites. No Guarantee on the delivery date. Customer service always says the product in shipping stage but not received even after the delivery committed date. THINK! THINK! THINK! not recomended.

Very very bad experience, order accepted for items not in stock, after 20 days available item Shipped, but no mention of the balance items, which I had cancelled several times, but there is no confirmation from there, telephone not attending, there website shows the status of the order as shipped, no mention of the balance items which is worthy more then rupees 360,several email sent but there is no response....

Scam website. Order placed in Aug 2024 is still not received. Only received so much of false commitments.

This is a fraud. In my opinion do not buy anything from this site.

I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum India, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to seek appropriate redress for unfair and potentially fraudulent trade practices.

ABSOLUTE 100%scamer.I have ordered some parts on October 8th and till date no news. They don't reply for mail or SMS they don't have WhatsApp. Phone calls will go automated luckily sometime somebody come on line and take the order number and say wait on line then after sometime just disconnect.

Now anybody here please start a forum so that all the people lost money will join together to take legal action and bring this fellows to the notice of respective departments of state and central. Or anybody please suggest here a clear legal way to put them in spot please

Fraud. Ordered on 23 Sept 24, was supposed to get delivery 03 October 24. No delivery, item not in stock apparently, but they said it will be delivered soon but nothing yet. Not answering to emails, not picking up on phone line. I want my money back, don't know how to get it back.

So finally the thing that worked was asking the bank for a credit card transaction reversal. When I filed for this, these fraudsters finally contacted me and refunded the money. So if you have bought from them with credit card, contact your bank for reversal of charges.

This is a scam company, I have ordered they did not deliver on time, after I email they said that the components is not in stock, if not in stock then why they didn't make the components out of stock in the website? After few weeks they deliver my order but there was 5 item missing, they said I have to wait few more days, I am waiting and waiting, no updates. And now they are ignoring my email.

am writing this review as B2B Customer (need material urgently for production)...I ordered Material on 28th Sept 2024 & still no update after 21st Oct 2024. There toll free number sucks & gets disconnected automatically, no proper update/reply on email too. Its basically, customer has to follow up and that too after paying money. Items were showing in Stock while placing order, but later they are saying, we do not have stock, so i wrote them to send rest items & refund money for item which is out of stock, conveniently they have not replied on that part....Its FRAUD Company & kindly raise their complaint to Ministry Of Commerce so that license of such fraudsters can get cancelled

Fully agree with all the reviews here. The company /website seems to be just a front for some some other shady business, since no sincere business setup would afford to be so consistently unresponsive, rude, absolutely “I dont care” attitude. Possibly some big shot with connections must be behind this scam setup. Complaining to govt. Consumer helpline also doesn't help much, since they simply forward the complaint to this fraud co. I did that twice, so far no results.

I ordered one product in March but they are still not dispatched and it shows that it is unavailable. I think They are the total fraudster.

Ordered on 24-Sep-2024 and expected delivery was 04-Oct-2024. Last week when connected to customer care, they said it will be delivered in a day or two. Now, they are neither picking up the phone nor even replying on email.
Today, I came to know about this public review platform.
It's a totally fraud company. Please ban this website.

It has been 3 months since i had placed an order for some electronics parts amounting to 12000 and now they haven't delivered it for 3 months and they don't answer calls or reply to emails. I am unable to cancel my order and ask for a refund. My money is gone. Even the consumer court is doing nothing to help in this regard.

I've ordered some components from this website and it's been a week and the items are not even shipped! There is no cancellation or refund option and they are not even responding to calls or emails!

Billed all items in the order but short shipped. Very strange! They don't have all items in stock. They will never refund and would play hide and seek on emails. None picks up phone. One order was never executed or refunded. Very fraud!

Totally fraud company, if you are a prepaid customer, forgot your money and order, they give a 10% discount offer to cheat you, after money transfer,you received a order number only, NO ITEMS NO MONEY RETURN NO CALL RECEIVING NOT ANY SUPPORT

I request everyone hear, place numerous cash on delivery orders and refuse to accept all orders. Thats how they will test own medicine.

I have appointed a lawyer for consumer court case against this company.
I will also put criminal case for fraudulent activities and mental truma. Let's shut their criminal activities and shut them up!
I have written to TV9 news to support us to expose them.
Kindly join the fight for justice.

Don't ever trust this fraud 420 company. Be safe.
