They are scammers. They send a code to log onto Microsoft. And it almost seems correct. Except you cannot validate the codes and they cheekily put you onto Microsoft who I believe know nothing about it. Or at least they say they don’t. They get away with robbery.

Scam!!

Purchased a game in good faith, no redeem code was sent. I waited the allocated 48 hours and still nothing, so requested refund and cancelling of order. I was advised I could not, I had to escalate just to cancel order.

This is a terrible company, they even lie about there Trust pilot score.

Avoid at all costs.

Scam company sell games that are just off someone else’s account after two weeks they change password and lock you out of said game then they go quiet after false promises to rectify wish I’d gone else where AVOID AVOID AVOID

I tried Electronicsfirst for the first time and purchased Office 2021 Pro. Everything worked perfectly with no issues for the provided product key. I will use them in the future for other software.

I searched google for a Windows key. And got to this site, and it seemed a bit "effy" to me. But I'm also very careful where I go on the internet, but the price was low. So if it was a scam I would not affect me.

Anyways. Bought a Windows 11 Pro key, and got the key to my account within 5 minutes. Copy+paste to windows (I've had that annoying text for almost a year 😂).
And pooof it worked!

So I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a cd-key from them. At least I had no problems!

I recently bought a Windows 11 Pro key and it activated within 5 minutes. I was skeptical that a $10 key would work and was pleasantly surprised. I saved $90 in the process!
I was quite impressed with their patience in replying to my numerous emails due to my doubts about the key working, so not only was the product legit, but the service was impeccable.

I was initially very excited about this website. They definitely had the best deal this year for Xbox gift cards. I was purchasing 8 cards. I made my purchase through PayPal. Everything seemed to be going well. But then I received an email asking me to verify my identity. I was to copy the code they sent into the spaces provided in the email. I did that. Then I was diverted to another page where they insisted I verify my identity with a copy of my picture ID drivers license. They said they were not interested in my address, so I blacked that out and also blacked out my drivers license number and my birthdate. I told them if what I had sent did not satisfy them, they should just cancel my order. The photo I sent proved to them that it was a valid and current NYS license…date issued…date of expiration with my photo on it. They cancelled my order. Asking for a copy of a drivers license/photo ID is not standard practice for online purchases. Furthermore…I have never been asked for my Photo ID when using a credit card in a store. I will never do business with this company again. I don’t need my drivers license and photo ID floating around in cyber space for crooks to steal. Think twice before doing business with this company. The next thing I will do is call PayPal!

I'm updating my bad review of 1 star to 3 stars, because the link I received didn't work and the company automatically refunded my money without my asking, which is a nice thing to do, BUT they want me to "update" my review. I don't like the idea of a review being bought, so it has cost electronicsfirst a star.

Received my product fast! Due to a slip up on my side, I had to ask for a refund. Customer service was quick and very helpful. Thank you for a good experience! Strongly recommend this site!!

This company seems to be having a hard time sending the actual code. From reviews I've seen a pattern that I such now deal with as a new customer. The digital code that was sent to me is already in use how that is I do not know. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back and receive actual services for my currency.

Stole my money and did not ship the cards I paid for. Said I nee dto prove who I am.

Initially had a problem with their email sent following purchase detailing how to activate the software not working. Raised a ticket which was answered in 2 hours and from that point the installation went exactly as promised.

I bought Elden Ring for Xbox from Electronics First. The download code was delivered promptly and it was made clear from before I purchased that i was required to use a VPN when redeeming the code in the Microsoft store. I had no problems doing this and have downloaded the game easily.

Easy & Fast & it works. Windows 10 pro best price. Code came before it loaded on the computer & it worked.

Originally gave a 1star because I thought I was sold a bad product code. I was able to resolve the issue that was not Electronics First fault what so ever. I received a great deal and will always use there service for this sort of purchase.

Purchased a PSN Card and couldn't be happier.

I'm a UK citizen living abroad, so as soon as most of these websites discover my IP address isn't that of the UK, they refuse to sell me a PSN code as they say it's 'not the correct region'. Understandable, but annoying.

Electronicsfirst were great in this area. They cautioned me that the region of the PSN code wasn't similar to my IP and if I wish to continue. Then they asked me for identification before proceeding and asked me one more time if I'm sure this PSN code was the correct region.

Everything was made simple and I received my code within 10 minutes of purchase.

100% using them again!
