I recently purchased a tinySA Ultra+, a LiteVNA64 and several RF accessories and attenuators from Eleshop.

The instruments arrived well packed and have performed very well. I have already used the LiteVNA64 to characterize several of the supplied attenuators at different amateur-radio frequencies, with very good and consistent results.

One 10 dB attenuator turned out to be defective. After I contacted Eleshop and provided my measurements, their customer service took the matter seriously, checked other units from stock, contacted the supplier and discussed the technical details with me. Once the defective unit was confirmed, they provided a coupon for a free replacement in my next order and did not require the faulty item to be returned.

What impressed me most was not simply that they replaced an inexpensive component, but the professional way in which they investigated the problem instead of giving a routine customer-service response.

Excellent technical supplier, fast communication and very good after-sales support. I will certainly buy from Eleshop again.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Brymen BM137ma clamp meter from Eleshop. I chose Eleshop because this particular model is currently not available for purchase in Ukraine, and even with the delivery costs, buying it from Eleshop was more affordable than the available options I could find locally. I arranged delivery to a Nova Poshta warehouse in Germany and then received the package in Ukraine. The whole process was very smooth and the package arrived surprisingly quickly. I was also very impressed with the communication with the Eleshop team. I contacted their consultants by email several times and they were always very helpful, responsive and professional. They answered my questions quickly and provided all the information I needed. The packaging also deserves special mention. The meter was packed very securely with double packaging, so it arrived in perfect condition without any damage. As for the Brymen BM137ma itself, I am very happy with it. The build quality is excellent, it feels solid and reliable, and the functionality is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I am very pleased with both the product and the service from Eleshop. Everything from communication and ordering to delivery and packaging was handled very well. I would definitely order from Eleshop again and can highly recommend the store.

Livraison catastrophique première date de livraison 14 août non livré seconde date prévue le 17 août 2026 on me dit que je suis absent alors que je n ai pas bougé de chez moi en fin de compte le colis a été déposé dans un point relais alors que je n ai aucun moyen de locomotion étant en fauteuil roulant j ai dû embêter mon voisin pour qu il le récupère
cela fait la seconde fois que ça m arrive avec cette société je ne recommande absolument pas

Ho acquistato una stazione dissaldante ATTEN mod.GT6150 + la base pompa a vuoto GT-510 da ELESHOP ,dopo un uso di mezz'ora della dissaldante odore di bruciato e arresto della pompa del vuoto !
Sono andato in panico , siccome il fusibile era buono ho tolto 4 viti del coperchio e ho constatato che il motore era bollente , alcuni componenti SMD che alimentano il motore direttamente saldati sul porta spazzole si sono distaccati dalle saldature e caduti all interno del contenitore.!
Un prodotto cinese di scarsissima qualità ,alimentatore interno bollente anche lui.
In pratica questa dissaldante ninja futuro di funzionamento !NON ACQUISTATELA!
ho chiesto aiuto al venditore in Danimarca a tergiversano chiedono foto ecc.Sono sicuro che sono al corrente del problema ,ma stanno bene in silenzio !Questa è poca serietà , Una stazione pagata 600€!
Ora sto insistendo perché mi sostituiscano la pompa dissaldante ,ma fanno finta di nulla !VERGOGNOSI!

. . .I can't give them a positive review because they impose a grossly high inflated minimum UK order of €170 before they will ship to the UK, which places UK readers of Elektor Magazine and the products offered for sale at an unfair disadvantage –if they want a better review from me I suggest they lower the minimum order to something more reasonable!

. . .I wanted to buy the Sequare HT140 Surface Mount Tweezers which were offered at a fair selling price but they wouldn't accept the order because it as only half of this €170 – This policy is obviously introduced out of spite as a result of lousy Brexit!
