Really helpful guy... knows his locks. Fixed my lock when other locksmiths said the lock/door would need to be broken. He also charged a fraction of the price.

My mum has dementia and broke both the front door locks (common problem). John came round within two hours and fixed them at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the work and will get a dementia lock in the next few weeks.

I needed the locks changing to my new flat as I didn’t know who else might still have keys.
I found Elite365 Locksmiths through reviews on Trustatrader and Checkatrade websites as I had no knowledge or experience of local locksmiths covering the Bury area.
Spoke to John around 9am, I explained my requirements and the immediacy of my need, he provided great advice and explained costs and options clearly. He arrived by 11:20am that same morning, showed me the different locks he could fit and explained their different security levels. Within an hour John had successful fitted a 3* high security Euro thumb lock with 3 factory cut keys. Very happy and would use again.

I phoned John from Elite365 locksmiths to get a quote and advice about fitting 2 Euro locks to my external doors. He arrived a few hours later, gave me a few options and sensible advice about suitable locks suited to my upvc doors. Armed with the relevant information I asked him to fit high security Euro locks. He even adjusted my door which had dropped slightly. The cost of the work was very reasonable and the work he carried out was excellent. Great contractor and great service. I will be using him again.

We had just moved into a new house and discovered a problem with a door lock which we needed to fix pretty quickly. John responded to our query through Trust A Trader straight away and we arranged a visit soon after.
