Very complicated

Elnur storage heaters are too bulky

Elnur storage heaters are too bulky. These supposedly modern storage heaters are even more of an eye sore in comparison to the older style heaters, regardless of efficiency, that is if you can find space in your home to install without getting rid of your furniture to make room for the bulky storage heater.

Not very pleased at all

Good heaters and controls but again a lot of the heat going into the wall behind the heater.

Steve

Steve , was very hard working he was at our cottage before 8:00 and left late after 5:30 he was informative and explained how the boiler worked -would definitely recommend Steve.

Great customer service

Fast and efficient action in response to a fault with my current heater which had leaked some oil, Elnur replaced the heater very quickly no questions asked, and provided a helpful friendly installer to carry out the work. Great to get good customer service which is few and far between from other companies these days, thank you

I would recommend Elnur storage heaters to anyone replacing old heaters.The heaters are of excellent quality…

The heaters are of excellent quality and were delivered promptly and well packaged. Also I needed to ring Elnur with a query when I was registering my heaters for the warranty. The phone was answered almost immediately and my question answered quickly and courteously.

Added a further solar storage heater to my system but couldn't get bit to connect. Rang Elnur technical line (Jonathon) and he immediately solved my problem.
Storage heaters work well.

I have 4

I have 4, various sizes of the oil filled wall radiators from this company. My small modern bungalow has quality double glazing, good insulation, and solid doors throughout. I chose to end my gas supply in favour of electricity because I no longer wanted gas boiler service/standing charges. My heaters keep my bungalow warm and this is really a maintenance free alternative to gas.. I needed a small turn off/on switch that broke on my kitchen rad. I found it problematic trying to contact the company and got an email reply from the makers in Spain who very quickly gave me the UK customer service number. I bought 4 switches so I have spares. I received them within 48 hours by post. So far the entire maintenance for these heaters is £20. Over 3 years. Gas boiler services would have cost 600 pounds minimum. I use the independent function on the dial so i don't have to set a program and i just switch them on and off as required. I recommend the heaters and this company. So far reliability is 100%. Would I go back to a wet central heating system? NO I WOULD NOT.

Fast delivery; worked first time; customer very happy

Storage heater was delivered within 24 hours. Installed shortly afterwards and the heater worked first time with no problems. Customer reports the room as feeling 'toasty' and is very happy. Based on my experience, I would recommend Elnur without hesitation.

The installation was very good

The installation was very good, but I was left without instruction of how to use a system. The heaters weren’t programmed. I contacted Wise Energy but they didn’t come back to me then overnight both storage heaters were reprogrammed obviously somebody can affect my heaters magically with new technology. I still haven’t had a conversation with anybody.

While we take no part in installing the heaters, as we are the manufacturer, we're sorry to hear that you were left with no instructions on how to use your heaters after installation. The delay in programming could be due to the heater needing some time to calibrate the options. Alternatively, if you have had a GCONTROL hub installed at your property, and the heaters are compatible with Wi-Fi, it may be that the installers have remotely edited the programming.

Central heating fixed

I’ll require the services of an engineer as I had a problem with my central heating. engineer who came to my apartment to fix the problem was a very knowledgeable polite and I must say a very good engineer. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently no mess no noise. He asked me if I had five minutes so that he could explain all the settings on the heater and the effects it would have. I’m keeping my apartment warm. He was articulate at the patient to explain anything I did not understand. I would thoroughly recommend this engineer called Steve to anyone.

It was a pleasure to have him do the repairs that were required.

Complicated set up

First impression of the heater was overly complicated to set. However, even worse it broke down after fewer than 24 hours in use. Fortunately a technician came out very quickly and replaced the defective part. Since then, so far, it is working as it should.
