Love, love this shop. Big enough to have a good mooch around and there’s a lower ground too, I defy anyone to leave empty handed. My house is nearing the end of being renovated. I saw so many home accessories and furniture pieces to give my soon to be home the uniqueness I’m after. Stock numbers of furniture is small so very unlikely to see it in another home, but does mean you have to decide fairly quickly to not lose out. I even bought a gorgeous scarf and pyjamas in matching bag which will be Christmas presents. The large iron key, wooden brick moulds will be used for nik naks, cushions and umbrellas that I’ll use in my garden as there are no rules here! There’s something to suit every pocket, so enjoy. Vanda who works in the shop gets on with what she’s doing, but can answer any questions you may have and is lovely. I’ve got my eye on a gorgeous sideboard, so hope be in touch very soon again.

Excellent quality furniture delivered on time, with great customer service

We love this shop and travel from the North West to buy from here. The products sold are exactly what we want (i.e not standard and mass produced) and the staff and customer service are exceptional; nothing is too much trouble. We highly reccommend Ember Home and will be back again soon!

We ordered a table two chairs and a bench.They come in a container from India. Our table( as it was bespoke) didn’t come in first container then the chairs and bench were put in a later container. Everything was late due to this. This did not matter as it was out of Ember’s control. They kept us updated throughout which was good. The table arriving early than the chairs was a problem so Ember sourced 4 chairs and lent them to us till ours arrived. I think this shows an excellent customer focused firm as this dealt with problems to our satisfaction. It’s when things go wrong and how a firm deals with them that shows how good a firm is.I would recommend Ember to others as we have bought other furniture that was shipped and delivered on time.

Great customer service, reduced the standard delivery charge by £20 due to the small size of the items we ordered. And the reclaimed boat wood stools that we purchased were a great product too, a perfect addition to our kitchen table.

Such a helpful assistant/manageress, she reserved my choice and was very accommodating & friendly. Looked after my piece, wrapped it carefully and lifted it to car.

Brought two frames from shop but when I got home wish I had brought a mirror as well to go with them, so contacted shop and they sent me photos so I could choose which one….I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and received it Thursday dinner time 🤗 love the items in the shop and will definitely be back x

l bought a sideboard online as l was unable to visit the shop. l was a little concerned that it would be as described. l was not disappointed. The piece of furniture was far better than l could have hoped. Solid, well-made and beautiful. Good communication too!

The following day after placing my order, the team were in contact with me by email to arrange delivery. I shared my concerns about not being available for the whole day of the proposed delivery date and the team were more than accommodating of this and ensured that my delivery would be when I was home. They were very warm throughout this process. The item arrived bright and early as arranged, and the delivery team were very friendly and willing to place the item where I wanted it to be in the home. Now onto the item… I ordered a cabinet, which has far exceeded my expectations in terms of size and quality. I am delighted with it and the price for such an item!
