I’ve worked with Pascalie on my remortgage, and I can honestly say she goes above and beyond. My case had serious complications due to restrictions that required solicitor involvement, and at one point I genuinely thought it wouldn’t be possible to complete. Despite this, Pascalie chased solicitors tirelessly and made sure every issue was resolved. I can’t even count how many times she contacted them to get things moving. Thanks to her dedication, my mortgage was successfully completed. I truly couldn’t thank her enough.

Both were very good at guiding and advising us through our choices. They worked hard to get us the best deals and were very patient when we were slow to understand the financial jargon!
