Emeals has made my life so much easier because I don’t have to guess what’s for dinner when I’m grocery shopping. I love that I can quickly add ingredients to my cart without being locked into a set number of meals each week like other subscription services. It’s also easy to adjust the ingredients based on my family’s appetite.

My only complaint is that the recipes aren’t always flavorful enough for us, so I usually add my own seasonings or a little twist to keep things from tasting bland. Overall, it’s a great tool for staying organized and making dinner planning way less stressful.

Very confusing sign up. I meant to sign up for a 1 month to try it out and ended up signing up for a year. Customer Service refused to refund the 11 months I didn't want! Very poor business practices.

I tried to sign up for their 60 day free trial. During sign up they ask for you debt/credit care details for processed payment after the 60 day trial. It says on the sign up page: “We guarantee that not even a penny will be charged for a full 60 days.”
Then, as soon as I initiated enrollment, it ran my card for the annual subscription payment!

I have referred so many people. It is not only a life saver but every meal is great. We’ve tried pretty much some of all the categories! Outstanding and very cost effective!

I signed up for the 14-day trial. I canceled the account the same day. I'm on keto but however their keto recipes did not fit with my diet program as they were truly not keto.
After 14 days authorization a hold for $108.23 with put on my account. I immediately contacted them and told them that I had canceled the service and do not complete the charge or issue a refund. They sent it AI email stating sorry they don't issue refunds and they understand sometimes things don't work out as planned. This is a horrible company that would rather steal your money and provide an excellent service honestly.

If I could add one thing it would be my own personal note for next time I made a recipe! Or if someone in my family didn't like it, I could make a note of that as well!

The ease of sending shopping list to your store for easy pickup.

All the recipes we've tried have been easy to make and delicious; exactly what I look for in new recipes. Love the convenience of adding them directly to my grocery store shopping list, which means items don't get overlooked or forgotten.

They have nothing that makes them standout from others. Stay away. Bullshit prices and crap options.

Not impressed. Looking for high protein low carb. The recipes missed the mark. Not much to choose from. They call it 'healthy', i guess that is subjective as what i was seeing was not healthy, nor was it low carb. Cancelled within an hour of purchase

I love sending my ingredients/shopping list straight to Wal-Mart and picking them up on my way home. This is such a convenient option for me.

Great variety of recipes--always something new to try. Also, being able to select meals by category is fantastic, whether I want something quick and easy, whole-food based, or healthy eating, it's there. Love the feature to send items for each recipe to local stores (I primarily use Walmart) to speed up weekly lists. Highly recommend!

The service was nice when we used it. However, we cancelled the service but they billed again anyway. When we asked for a refund of the $100 for a subscription we hadn't used in quite some time, they said they would not give us a refund. This is very poor customer service. We would have probably used this service in the future if we had the need, but due to the poor customer service, we will never use them again.

I was charged $60 for an annual renewal of eMeals even though I haven’t used the service in months and received zero notification about the upcoming renewal. When I discovered the charge, I immediately contacted customer service and explained that I could not afford the fee and wasn’t using the service — but they only sent their policy link and refused a refund. This feels dismissive and unfair. I did not receive any advance notice about the auto-renewal and I feel unheard as a customer. For a service that costs this much, I expected much better communication and support. I cannot recommend eMeals based on my experience.

Yay, you have added the King Soopers grocery store. I'm enjoying the paleo recipes as they are more appropriate for me. All 5 of the new ones I've tried have been good, but one took more time than I prefer. Also some of the recipes are listing some of the ingredients twice. When I added and then removed a recipe, it left ground beef in the list even though I removed the recipe that used it (paleo meatloaf).

Mental Load Saver!
This app is SAVING ME as as busy working Mom! Between meal-planning and shopping I was spending hours each week to do what I can do in 5 minutes with emeals. In addition, as an intuitive cook who doesn't always use recipes it has been hard to have my husband or teen help with the task of cooking, but with eMeals, even the job of cooking can be handled by another member of the family!

Paid for a year at $39. Used it a few times and it was decent but the integrations to order "automatically" from the grocery store were problematic at best. Haven't used it in 6 months as least and had no idea it was on auto renew.

Renewed for $139 and has 3 separate meal plans on my account. They refuse to refund the plans I didn't authorize or any of it for that matter... I contacted them the same day I saw the charge and haven't logged into their service in over 6 months. No renewal notice or contract of any kind.

Shady as hell company.

Really love this service. I never ask my husband what he wants for dinner anymore. I just go to my recipe, check off the items I don’t need, forward my list to Walmart, and pick up my items. I have everything I need on hand to make the dish.

Very helpful in making a weekly meal plan. What makes it even more convenient, is that the app will automatically populate my grocery list to my Walmart account. It's very inexpensive compared to meal delivery companies. One year of eMeals is less than one week's box from my former delivery service. Highly recommend!

I love how easy eMeals is to shake up our normal meal routine. The meals are good and easy to make, and you get higher quality ingredients and less waste than a traditional meal kit.
