Absolutely a fraudulent company. 6 weeks, still no merch. Website, everything has disappeared.

Looks like this is a non-existent store! Ordered on April 28/26 and have received absolutely nothing. I reached out to their email and have not received a response. Now I've submitted a dispute with my credit card company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I ordered overalls from Emma and Chloe Calgary. I paid for them, shipped them back, no refund and the mailbox to which I had conversations with them is now defunct. Total scam and now out a lot of money. Total fraud coming from China.

100% scam. I am currently on hold with my bank to register this as an unauthorized transaction. Shame on this company. Please do not buy!!!!!!!

Order never received. Clearly a scam. Been waiting over a month.

Did not get my order. What other’s are saying is the same experience as mine. Disappearing from Shop app. Emailed about my order got the same response as others, than totally ghosted. Dishonest and lacking integrity. Totally a scam. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered $255 worth of clothes April 28th. Received an email that it had shipped. Tried to track the shipment and the tracking number says no longer available. Sent an email asking where my package is and it was returned to me saying that my email was not accepted. What a scam!!

This company is total scam. Please never buy from them . I ordered in April . Never got the order . They reply politely u til you want refund . It’s not even placed in Canada . There is no store it come from China. They changed name of company during the order and than tracking disappeared from Shop . Lesson learned . Total faud

Do not buy anything from this so called company. The dress I ordered was poor quality and didn’t fit. I asked how to go about returning it and all I got was “failure to deliver “
Sent 4 different emails with no response.

Did not receive my order. They initially responded with it will arrive in 3-5 days & that I can track my order. What they didn’t say was you have to pay for the app to track your order. Emailed them two more times with bounce back on both emails. Now thinking I will never receive this order🤬

I finally received my dresses, which were horrible and nothing as described on their website. I requested a refund, and they kept saying we can refund you 10% and you can keep the dresses! I just want my money back and requested the address to ship back, which they sent…..now the company has ghosted me. I shipped the dresses back to China on my expense and now I have no dresses and the company is not responding! I will likely not get my refund and I paid to send the dresses back!

Do not order from this company! The clothes are horrible and they kept my money!!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. This company should be brought to task. How can these people put so much effort into being deceitful and mean!? I'm waiting on my order from April 30th and at first they were responding kindly to emails, reassuring me, sending me links to track my order, now everything is taken down. There's nothing in SHOP saying I ordered from them. What a sickening stressful experience.

I was completely scammed it’s not coming from Calgary but China. Got one email from them full of lies. Now I’m being ghosted will not answer any of my emails. Can’t even get on their site anymore. Will be disputing this to get my money back. Do not order from fake company EmmaChloe-Calgary.

I ordered $134 worth of items over 3 weeks ago and have never received anything. Suddenly, the Emma&Chloe web page has disappeared AND the tracking number says nothing other than 'order was received'. This company is a total FRAUD...stay away.

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. They dragged me along, feeding me bs about my order & ripped me off.
I bought a dress from them & when I hadn’t received it after three weeks, I reached out. They told me it should arrive in 3-5 business days & that they were reaching out to the shipper to get more info. After another week had passed with no dress or any further info from them, I reached out a second time. Same story: It should be here any day, we’re reaching out to the shipper to get more details & escalating the delivery to a priority shipment. More days passed, no dress. I finally told them that I wanted a refund, but now my email has been returned undeliverable. When I follow the link I received with my purchase confirmation, my browser says that the link I followed is no longer available.

Been waiting for my order since April 26. Email invalid and the tracking number is no longer available to track, SPAM. Contacted my credit card company today to report FRAUD-SCAM

I would go below 1 star if possible. I paid 150$ for two items, 3 weeks later, there has been no shipment. The company shockingly has responded to one of my emails saying their delivery window is up to 12 business days, however we are at the 3 week mark now and only a 'shipping label' has been created. Their website on shop is also a completely different name. Do not buy anything from this website, it is fraud.

Still waiting on an order since April 28 and after trying to view it online, it was no longer available for the website or page. I will be launching a dispute with my bank and wish I saw this page sooner! They are a scam fly by night company that will never deliver. I thought it was coming from a local store that was an hour and a half away from me. I wanted to support local although I couldn’t make the store. I am upset as I was excited about these purchases and paid a lot more than I’d like to admit for 4 items. Upsetting and disgusting!

Still waiting on my order that I made April 20. I have contacted them and they said they source out to a third-party in China. It’s not even Canadian made products, which is very misleading when they work out of Calgary Alberta. Not impressed!!!!

This company is not to be trusted.
You will never receive a full refund if something doesn’t fit.
And the return is on your coin, which for me would have been over $130 to some remote sketchy place in China. A total scam.
And the clothing looks nothing like advertised.
Steer clear of Amazon third parties, thought I was but got had yet again.
So done with online shopping. Buying local
from here on. Learned my lesson. MK
