Poor communication and some staff behaviour
In terms of first linking in with the charity, first I had an experience where a lady disrespectfully ignored my reply telling her when I was free to chat and deliberately called me when I had made it clear was going to be in a medical appointment. We had chatted clearly and I gave her my availability as requested. She replied as if it was unreasonable that
I was engaged, choosing to ignore me first off and continue on. I was later first put in Contact with Graham Fitzpatrick and he was unprofessional and decided without contacting back to move forwards with not helping me, which is an unreasonable way to behave when employed to assist and work with some of the MOST vulnerable in our society. Doubt that he’s compelled to be there. Use a polite and respectful tone on the phones please, being snarky / insisting on talking when you ignored someone without acknowledging after HOW you’re speaking to people is unacceptable. Usually people are reprimanded for just this.
