Warning to eBay Sellers About Empowers (Qasim Sana Ramay)ally do not write reviews
I normally do not write reviews, but I believe other sellers should be aware of my experience before trusting this service with their business.
I hired Empowers Institute run by Qasim Sana Ramay for eBay account management. My assigned account manager was Huzaifa Shahzad. The purpose was to help manage and grow my eBay store professionally.
Unfortunately the experience turned into a serious problem for my business.
During their management my eBay account received an MC011 restriction, which is a major compliance flag on eBay. Anyone who sells on eBay knows this type of restriction can put your entire account at risk.
What concerned me even more was what happened after the issue appeared.
The moment the restriction happened, communication completely stopped. Huzaifa Shahzad and the Empowers team including Qasim Sana Ramay stopped responding to messages and calls. There was no attempt to help resolve the issue and no accountability for the situation.
When someone is given access to your business account there is a level of responsibility that comes with it. If a problem occurs a professional service provider should support the client and help resolve the issue.
In my case that support never came.
Because of this experience I strongly advise other sellers to be extremely careful before giving any third party access to their eBay or marketplace accounts. Your seller account is your business and the risk of letting someone else control it should be taken very seriously.
Before hiring any account management service make sure you verify their track record, ask for real references, and understand exactly what protections you have if something goes wrong.
I am sharing my experience so other sellers can make informed decisions and avoid the situation I went through.
